23、饮部全体成员的食品卫生意识和水平的培训。多次聘请卫生监督管理部门有目的、有重点的对餐厅食品的采购、验收、清洗、加工等环节进行现场督导及培训，强化食品卫生工作的常抓不泄，强调食品卫生的严重性。4、加强管理层的业务培训。分期、分批参加各种本行业的业务培训，不断提高管理意识、管理水平，学以致用、现学现用。三、合理改造硬件设施、设备。1、厨房布局的调整及装修。严格按照卫监部门的要求合理规划厨房布局，几十载黑厨房一朝换新颜，改善了工作环境，提高了卫生质量，为“东博会”的成功接待提供了先决条件。2、南门灯箱的修饰和安装。为偏僻、幽静的餐厅就餐环境平添了几分喜庆和人气。3、添置了一批配套婚宴及传统宴席的餐具
