20、economicbenefitsforthehotel,itisthetargetthatwemakearduouseffortsforit!Makefacilitiesfacilitiescanmoveingroove.EngineeringdepartmentFM2022|PES2022|FIFA扩展阅读：酒店工程部经理2022年度工作总结2022年度个人工作总结本人于2022年5月份调到酒店工程部工作，担任工程部经理一职，由于管理经验的不足和专业技能的欠缺，任职以来，工作中始终兢兢业业，不敢稍有懈怠，通过七个多月的工作实践和深入学习，逐渐适应了新的工作岗位，也对自己的工作有了较为全面的认

21、识。在酒店领导的关心支持下，在各部门经理的配合协作下，在部门员工的共同努力下，着手开展设备设施的日常维修、紧急维修、计划检修、定期保养、加装改造、节能降耗等工作。下面主要从2022年度完成的主要工作、分析存在的问题和下步的工作打算三个方面进行总结。一、完成的主要工作1.配合人力资源部编制工程部岗位及人员设置方案，工程部原定编8人，经过调整增编到11人，目前在编10人。2.积极配合人力资源部，参与筹划、开展工程部技能竞赛，并取得2个中级技能等级、1个初级技能等级的好成绩，并从7月份起享受技能津贴。这既是对技能人才的肯定，提高其薪酬待遇，也对部门其他员工起到了很好的学习和促进作用。3.配合办公室制

22、定各部门目标管理责任状考核实施细则。4.2022年计划维修费用为38万元，全年实际投入29.33万元，占计划资金的77.18%。5.2022年共完成加装改造（建）项目42个，预算资金为50.万元，实际已投入资金49.04万元，占预算资金的98%。6.2022年酒店总维修费用为15.58万元，其中餐饮部（含客餐后厨）5.76万元，占37%；客房部4.33万元，占28%；康乐部0.86万元，占6%；前厅部0.75万元，占5%；其他部门及后勤部门3.5万元，占22%。7.2022年酒店维修单共计1633张，维修总项次8771项次。8.参与酒店2022年经济活动分析活动，对酒店1-9月能耗及维修维保情

23、况进行分析。9.拟定工程部2022年维修维保及能耗费用预算。10.完成酒店领导到各经营部门调研后形成的202247号专题会议纪要提出的问题共26项。11.2022年酒店全年总能耗费用为245.17万元；2022年总能耗费用为235万元；同比增加10.17万元，增长比例为4.33%。12.2022年酒店总能耗率为9.39%，2022年总能耗率为9.5%，同比降低0.11个百分点，完成年初制定能耗率降至9.4%的考核目标。二、分析存在的问题1.部门内部管理比较松散，没有着力推行奖勤罚懒的激励机制，不利于促进员工工作的积极性。部门内部协调不够，造成有时处理维修任务不够及时。2.随着酒店使用年限的增长

24、，地毯、踢脚线、墙纸、乳胶漆、油漆等装修装饰逐渐陈旧老化，加之员工保护意识不够，人为破坏情况较为严重，2022年安排了墙纸、乳胶漆的计划维修，地毯、油漆等计划维修项目还未大面积实施。3.酒店的重要设备如中央空调、锅炉等设备于2022年度均进行了计划维修、清洗保养，但工作计划的前瞻性和平时的预防性检修保养工作还有待加强。4.在设备管理方面还存在较大不足，由于工程部一直以来未建立完整的设备台帐资料，很多设备尤其是各部门使用和管理的设备存在“无设备台帐、无管理责任人、无设备使用人”的三无现象，无形中造成了资源的浪费。5.在节能降耗工作方面取得了一定的成绩，这是工程部和酒店各部门特别是各经营部门共同努

25、力的结果，但酒店员工的节能意识仍有待进一步提高。三、下步的工作打算1.进一步加强部门内部管理、工作流程管理、资料管理，内强素质，外树形象。2.定期召开设备管理、成本核算和费用控制会议，研究、改进和完善对设施设备的科学管理方法。3.掌握设备管理人员及维修人员的技术业务状况，鼓励部门员工提高和更新业务技能，开展全方位、多层次、多渠道的技术培训工作。4.加强后勤服务一线部门的意识，不断提高维修工作质量和效率，保障酒店经营管理。5.充分调动部门员工的积极性，定期进行职业道德、酒店意识教育，培养员工企业责任感和荣誉感。6.在加强部门日常管理工作的同时，积极参与酒店管理人员竞争上岗活动，以实际行动响应酒店领导号召，去争取更加适合自身发展优势和发展方向的工作岗位。二一一年二月十日第 9 页 共 9 页
