3、统。企业在享乐于网 络组织模式带来优势的同时,也必须面对客观存在的各类风险。风险的发生与传 导很可能带来整个网络组织的动荡,进一步使得企业为防控风险而投入巨额的成 本,限制着网络组织的发展。因此,探究风险在网络组织内部的动态传导规律以 及防范风险的策略已成为急需解决的问题。 首先,本文运用文献分析法梳理了国内外研究网络织风险传导的研究成果, 在此基础上分析了网络组织风险传导的基本要素特征;然后,以复杂网络理论为 研究工具,构建基于 SIS 模型的网络组织风险传导动力学模型,通过计算机仿真 模拟的方法对风险传导过程进行仿真,研究分析其动态发展规律;最后,在经典 免疫策略的基础上,建立降低业务量的
4、免疫策略模型,并进行仿真模拟分析,为 相关决策者提供具体、可操作的风险防范策略。 本文应用网络组织理论、复杂网络理论等对网络组织风险传导过程和防范策 略进行研究分析,除采用传统的文献分析等 静态定性分析方法外,还采用了动态 模拟的方法,从风险传导阈值、传导速度和不同袭击策略分析网络组织风险传导 过程,运用熟人免疫模型研究符合网络组织的风险防范策略,研究发现网络组织 的风险传导呈现路径依赖的特性,网络组织拓扑结构间的差异对风险传导呈现的 鲁棒性程度不同;风险可在短时间内完成传导过程,因此,在风险传导初期采取 防控措施,尽可能将各企业风险传导阈值的差距控制在较小范围,对于整个网络 组织的健康运行是
5、非常关键的时间节点,将更好的实现结点企业和网络组织的共 赢。同时,建立网络组织风险传导与免疫策略的计算 机仿真模型并对其结果进行 剖析,揭示网络组织风险传导的内幕,提出风险防范的可操作性工具,对推动网 络组织治理理论研究、促进结点企业可持续发展和网络组织的健康有序运行具有 一定的理论与实际意义。 关键词 : 网络组织;风险传导;复杂网络;仿真 1 1 山西财经大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Network organization is a new-type organization pattern to realize the complementary advantages among
6、 enterprises, reduce transaction costs, and strengthen enterprises survival ability. It is also a highly sensitive system which is to the risk of cross-complex. These enterprises have to face the objective existence of various risks when they own the advantage of network organization mode. The occur
7、rence and conduction of risk is quite possibly bringing network organization turbulence, at the same time, in order to control risk enterprises will expend considerable cost, and limit the development of network organization. Therefore, the research on dynamic conducting rules of risks in network or
8、ganization and propose strategies for guarding risks have become an urgent study. First of all, based on the relevant literatures in domestic and overseas, this paper analyzed the basic elements characteristics of risk conduction of network organization. Building a dynamic model that is network orga
9、nization risk conduction, which based on SIS model of complex network. And we analyze the dynamic development law through simulating risk conduction process. At last, on the basis of the classic immunization strategy, this paper established the immunization strategy model of reducing the business an
10、d simulated. The research will be helpful to put forward specific and operational risk prevention strategies. This paper made use of the network organization theory and complex network theory, researching the risk conduction process and the prevention strategies. This study uses dynamic simulation,
11、not only the static qualitative analysis methods such as traditional literature analysis, which analyzed network organization risk conduction process from conduction thresholds, conduction velocity and different attack strategy, and researched risk prevention strategies of network organization utili
12、zing acquaintance immunization model. The research findings show that the risk conduction of network organization has path-dependent and different network structure has different robustness on risk conduction; risk can complete conduction in a short time, therefore, early risk conduction is key time
13、 node for the health of the whole network organization when enterprises should take control measures and narrow conduction threshold gap down in small range as far as possible, which will lead to a win-win situation.
