R. China, 510520 摘 要 摘 要 全球经济发展的加速，导致企业之间的竞争越来越

3、白热化，并且竞争方式由单个 企业之间的竞争转换成该企业所在的供应链之间的竞争，供应商管理库（ VMI）在此 种环境下应运而生。同时，由于世界经济发展的过快，也造成了突发事件发生的频率 越来越高，因此，在突发事件影响下， VMI 下的供应链协调问题该如何解决，成为众 多企业和众多学者所关注的焦点。 首先，分析了市场需求因突发事件发生改变时， VMI 下供应链的协调问题。经研 究，单独运用 VMI 模式的供应链不能达到协调，进而提出了剩余补贴契约， VMI 下的 供应链运用该契约后可以达到协调。在突发事件引起市场需求发生变化后，改进后的 契约可以使突发事件后的供应链达到协调。同时研究表明，当市场需

4、求在一定范围内 变化时，最优供货量和最优批发价不需要改变；当市场需求变化超过一定范围时，最 优供货量和最优批发价需要作相应的改变。 其次，分析了当市场需求函数为乘积形式时，突发事件引起市场需求和生产成本 同时变化对 VMI 下供应链的影响。经证明，剩余补贴契约仍然可以使供应链达到协调， 并且改进后的该契约可以使突发事件后的供应链达到协调。同时研究表明，当市场需 求和生 产成本在小范围内变化时，最优供货量不需要改变，但是最优批发价会因为生 产成本变化的影响，需要作出一定的改变。当市场需求和生产成本变化超过一定范围 时，最优供货量和最优批发价都需要改变。另外，在市场需求和生产成本同时变化较 大时，

5、最优批发价格受生产成本变化的影响更大，最优供货量受市场需求变化的影响 更大。 最后，分析了突发事件造成市场需求和生产成本同时发生改变时，在零售商努力 因素下的 VMI 供应链的协调情况。经证明，剩余补贴契约不能使该种情况下的供应链 达到协调，进而提出了双向补贴契约，该契约可以使供应链 达到协调。研究表明，当 市场需求和生产成本在小范围内变化时，供应链的最优供货量和最优努力程度不用改 变。当市场需求和生产成本变化超过一定范围时，供应链的最优供货量和最优努力程 度都需要改变。同时研究还表明，当市场需求和生产成本变化到某一区域时，供应链 I 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 II 的最优努力程度会有明显的突

6、变现象发生。 关键词 ：突发事件；供应商管理库存；供应链协调；供应链契约 Abstract 3 Abstract The acceleration of global economic development has led to more and more intense competition between enterprises, and the competition is transformed from competition among individual enterprises to competition among supply chains in which the

7、firm is located. The Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) came into being. At the same time, due to the rapid development of the world economy, caused the frequency of emergencies is becoming more and more ,therefore, under the influence of an emergency, how to solve the VMI supply chains coordination, ha

8、s become the focus of many enterprises and scholars. Firstly, it analyzes the coordination problem of supply chain in VMI under the change of market demand. After the study, the VMI supply chain cant be coordinated under the pure VMI, The VMI supply chain can be coordinated after using the residual

9、subsidy contract. In the event of unexpected events caused by changes in market demand, the improved contract can make the emergency response to the supply chain. At the same time, it is shown that the optimal supply and the optimal wholesale price in the supply chain do not need to be changed when

10、the market demand changes within a certain range. When the market demand changes more than a certain range, the optimal supply in the supply chain and the optimal wholesale price needs to be changed accordingly. Secondly, the paper analyzes the impact of market demand and the cost of production on V

11、MI Supply Chain when the market demand function is the product form. It has been proved that the surplus subsidy contract can coordinate the supply chain, and the improved contract can coordinate the supply chain after the emergency. Research shows that when the market demand and production costs ch

12、ange within a small range, the optimal supply does not need to change, but the optimal wholesale price will make some changes. When the market demand and production costs change over a certain range, the optimal supply and the optimal wholesale price needs to be changed. In addition, when the market

Finally, it analyzes the coordination of the VMI supply chain under the retailers efforts, which causes the market

14、demand and the production cost to change at the same time. It is proved that the surplus subsidy contract cant coordinate the supply chain and then the two-way subsidy contract can make the supply chain to be coordinated. The research shows that when the market demand and production costs change in

15、a small range, the optimal supply and the optimal efforts are unchanged. When the market demand and production costs change beyond a certain range, the optimal supply and the optimal degree of effort need to be changed, at the same time, when the market demand and production cost change in a certain

16、 region, the optimal effort level of the supply chain will have obvious mutation.
