2、20二、 工程概况：1、工程名称：南充化学工业园“两桥一路”工程。2、工程地址：高坪区青居359度牛肚坝地质公园（规划）和河西化工园区；3、 规 模：全长9.878928KM，路宽42m、32m、27m，技术标准：城市主干道级，设计时速60KM，柔性路面，设计荷载城市-A级。一标段设计范围从桩号：K0+000.00K1+360.00，桥长806m，引道554m；二标段设计范围从桩号：K4+520.00K6+300.00，桥长856m，引道924m；三标段设计范围从桩号：K1+360.00K4+520.00，K6+300.00 K9+878.928，总长6738.928m；经过实际踏勘, 本方案

3、为一标段桩号:K0+660K0+840段便道施工方案，地质均属于低洼稻田地带，淤泥厚度约0.61.8m，土质为稻田耕作土（淤泥性粘土）。 三、开工、完工时间：本分项工程施工机械和人员已经进场,准备工作就绪,计划2010年7月23日开工，计划完工日期为2010年8月22日，施工时间31日历天。 四、施工方案：根据施工现场实际地质情况和地勘报告显示，从K0+600K0+840段均低洼稻田地带，淤泥厚度约0.61.8m，土质为稻田耕作土（淤泥性粘土）。无施工道路，无法满足冲击成孔灌注桩机、 25吨汽车起重机（吊车型号： XZ J5260JQZ25K 徐州）、混凝土运输机械车（型号：华菱10m3）施工

4、正常运输和行使。为保证施工安全和进度，全部采用清除淤泥换填土石料满足正常施工(经过我公司项目部实际开挖实测软基深度均在0.6m1.8m以内)，同时将原有地面回填，提高施工作业面45m，满足施工正常需要。1、要求：对池塘及河沟地段的淤泥深度小于3m时,先排干道路区池塘及河沟里地表水，清除掉地表上覆松软土层和地形低洼处鱼塘水沟里表层流塑软塑状土层，并晾干路基；对于稻田、池塘及河沟地段附近的潮湿土情况，先清除地表上覆的潮湿土，换填土石料，接着逐层回填路基、逐层碾压。路堤基底为耕地或松土时，应先清除有机土种植土、树根、杂草后，再压实。其压实度不应小于85%。当地下水位较高水或土质湿软地段的路基压实度达

5、不到要求时，必须采用有效措施进行处理。2、施工顺序：地面复测淤泥清挖（顺向主路）页岩料碾压淤泥外运（顺向主路）淤泥清挖（横向次路）页岩料回填碾压淤泥外运（横向次路）一层页岩找平碾压面层砂砾石回填找平碾压。 3、本分项工程配KAT320挖掘机1台、自卸汽车6辆，23Q-YW压路机1台，SANT220-1型推土机1台，ZL50C型装载机1台。 4、本分项工程配置现场技术人员1人，施工员1人，机械管理员1人，质检人员1人，安全员1人,杂工为10人。5、施工技术及质量保证措施(1)、清淤先用挖掘机将淤泥土挖开，沿填方纵向方向靠中线开劈一条临时道路从上往下挖，主路宽度为10m。淤泥放弃在前进方向左右两侧

6、，使道路淤换填地块成“丰”字状，横方向便道间距为15m, 清淤便道路宽6m, 淤泥堆积在清淤便道中间。（2）换填页岩料然后将页岩料沿临时道路回填，为确保载重车辆行使安全，第一层回填厚度0.8m,并用推土机及时找平，压路机碾压密室，确保行车安全，主路淤泥挖弃完毕后，沿顺向主路填筑换填层-页岩层，为保证运输页岩层料和淤泥车辆通行，道路第一层页岩层厚度0.8m。（3）、淤泥外运顺向主路填筑换填层完成后，将顺向主路挖出的淤泥装车外运。淤泥运至指定弃土场。应注意环境保护,所挖除的淤泥应安排在合适的地点堆放。排除积水时,应引入右侧沟渠,确保沟渠畅通。清淤至标高后，为防止积水，应在清淤后的地面及时挖出纵、横

7、向排水沟，保证雨水能顺利排除。（4）、路基压实、碾压、检测根据设计要求，采用推土机找平后，23Q-YW压路机碾压，碾压遵循先低后高的原则，地基两侧向中心碾压。碾压时前后两次轮迹重叠20-30cm，并尽快压到规定的压实度。采用振动压路机碾压时，第一遍不振动静压，然后先慢后快，从弱至强振压。碾压密实后，经过检测压实度满足设计和验收规范要求。（5）、根据现场施工实际情况，采用换填页岩层，厚度根据设计为0.6m1.8m 。（6）、填土石方填方地基填料：采用泥岩或土石料作为填料，须按规范要求进行分层填筑、摊铺、压实；还需控制其含水量达到或接近最佳含水量；填方厚度：严格按照压路机功率最大铺填厚度施工，23

8、Q-YW 压路机按照松铺厚度300mm进行。用石方作填料时，须将填料解小、摊铺、压实，其填料粒径、压实机械型号、遍数必须完全符合技术规范及试验路段的结果。施工时逐层填筑、分层压实，先用自卸汽车先低后高、先两侧后中央卸料，然后摊铺平整，对于90和95区填土，经平地机整平后再进行压实。路基填土不得使用腐植土，生活垃圾土、淤泥和含水量过高的软弱土,不得含杂草、树根等杂物，粒径超过10cm的土块应打碎。选用开挖土石方为填料时，应选用级配较好的土夹石为填料，且在最佳含水量时压实。填筑厚度和宽度祥见施工平面及大样图（附图）。路基填方若为填石路堤，且石料强度大于20MPa时，石块的最大粒不得超过压实层厚23

10、的原则，做临时排水沟，使整个场地水流畅通；填土应认真分层回填辗压，相对密实度不低于85。填方边坡塌方预防措施：根据填方高度，土的种类和工程重要性按规定放坡，坡度1:2，土料符合要求，不良土质可随即进行坡面防护，保证边缘部位的压实质量，对要求边坡整平拍实的，宽填1m；在边坡上下部作好排水沟，避免在影响边坡稳定的范围内积水。填方出现橡皮土现象：填土受夯打(辗压)后，基土发生颤动，受夯打(辗压)处下陷，四周鼓起，这种橡皮土使地基承载力降低，变形加大，长时间不能稳定。预防措施：避免在含水量过大的腐殖土、泥炭土、粘土、亚粘土等厚状土上进行回填；控制含水量，尽量使其在最优含水量范围内，手握成团，落地即散；

11、填土区设置排水沟，以排除地表水。回填土密实度达不到要求的预防措施：土料不符合要求时，应挖出换土回填或掺入石灰、碎石等压(夯)实回填材料；对由于含水量过大，可采取翻松、晾晒、风干或均匀掺入干土；使用大功率23Q-YW压实机械辗压。五、安全文明施工1、按照施工方案要求作业。2、人工挖土时应由上而下，逐层挖掘，严禁挖神仙土，夜间不作业，确保安全。3、在深基坑作业时，应随时注意土壁的变动情况，如发现有地面裂缝现象，必须暂停施工，立即报告项目经理进行处理。4、在基坑下作业时必须戴好安全帽，严防上面土块及其他物体下落砸伤头部。5、挖土方时，如发现有不能辩认的物品或事先没有预见到的地下电缆、管道、障碍物等，

12、应及时停止操作，报告上级处理，严禁敲击或玩弄。6、用车运土，应平整走道，清除障碍。7、修坡时、要按照要求进行，人员不能过于集中，如土地质比较差时，应指定专人看管。8、机械开挖和卸料时，施工机械作业半径内不得有站人。挖堆的土方，和重型机械，必须与基础基坑保持足够的安全距离。（英文版 ） Two regulations promulgated for implementation is in the party in power for a long time and the rule of law conditions, the implementation of comprehensive s
