2、工时气温应在0以上，最低不得低于-5；2）施工现场应有良好的通风条件，备有灭火器材，严禁吸烟。二、工艺流程：1、清理基层细部节点部位附加层施工第一次涂刷聚合物水泥防水涂料第二次涂刷聚合物水泥防水涂料第三次涂刷聚合物水泥防水涂料检查修理组织验收。2. 施工步骤：1）先用铲刀和扫帚等工具将基层表面的突起物、砂浆疙瘩等杂物清扫干净，对需要修补的基层用水泥沙浆找平，要求找平层抹平压光，不得起砂和凹凸不平，无裂纹，无明水，平整、牢固、干净，方可进行防水涂膜施工；2） 将聚合物水泥基涂料与水泥按1：1.5（重量比）的比例将水泥慢慢加入液料容器中，并用电动搅拌器搅拌，搅拌时间约为5分钟，搅拌要均匀细腻，不含

3、团粒状的混合物。3）对阴阳角，后浇带等薄弱部位立面及平面各300mm范围内应作防水加强层，采用增加该处涂料防水层厚度。4）加强部增加的防水层，同层相邻的搭接宽度应大于100mm，上下层接缝应错开1/3 幅宽。5）涂刷第一道涂膜：在前一道底胶层固化并干燥后，应先检查有部位没有涂刮到位，如没有，即可涂刷第一层涂膜；如有，则应补刷涂膜，然后进行第一层涂膜施工。涂刮第一层涂膜防水材料，可用塑料或橡皮刮板均匀涂刮，力求厚度一致，单层控制在0.81.0mm之间。6）涂刮第二道涂膜：第一道涂膜固化后(手摸防水层不粘手)，即可在其上均匀地涂刮第二道涂膜，涂刮方向应与第一道的涂刮方向相垂直，厚度控制在1.01.

4、2mm之间。7）涂刮第三道涂膜：方法同第二道，但刮方向应与第二道的涂刮方向相垂直，厚度控制在0.81.0mm之间。最后总体厚度的最小厚度不小于3mm。8）每遍涂刷时应交替改变涂层的涂刷方向，同层涂膜的先后搭茬宽度宜为3050mm。9）涂料防水层的施工缝(甩槎)应注意保护，搭接缝宽度应大于100mm，接涂前应将其甩茬表面处理干净。10）涂膜干燥时间：应在46小时以内。做保护层施工时注意不要让硬物碰损防水涂膜，以免影响整体防水效果。若有碰损，即通知防水施工人员进行修补后；11） 未取出用完的涂料应存放在容器中并密封严实，存放于阴凉通风处，严禁烟火。三、质量标准与质量验收：1、质量标准：1）材料、半

5、成品必须有合格证或材质证明、检验报告，经甲方和监理核验确认后方可使用，不允许不合格产品投入工程使用；2）涂膜应多遍完成，涂刷应待前遍涂层干燥成膜后进行；3）涂膜应薄厚均匀，封闭严密，不允许有脱落、开裂、孔洞和收头不严或裸露胎体等缺陷；4）涂膜防水层表面坡度应符合要求，不应该有局部积水和渗漏现象存在。2、质量验收：1）涂料防水层的施工质量检验数量，应按涂层面积每100m2抽查1处，每处10m2,且不得少于3处。2）主控项目：（1）涂料防水层所用材料及配合比必须符合设计要求。检验方法：检查出厂合格证、质量检验报告、计量措施和现场抽样试验报告。（2）涂料防水层及其转角处、变形缝、穿墙管道等细部做法均

7、及搅拌时间未使材料拌合均匀；施工时应采用功率、转速较高(100-500r/min)的搅拌器。另一个原因是基层处理不洁净，做涂膜前应仔细清理基层，不得有浮砂和灰尘，基层上更不应有孔隙，涂膜各层出现的气孔应按工艺要求(倒入聚合物水泥基涂料，用橡胶刮板用力刮)处理，防止涂膜破坏造成渗漏；2、起鼓：基层有起皮、起砂。开裂、不干燥，使涂膜粘结不良；基层施工应认真操作、养护、待基层干燥后，先涂底层涂料，固化后，再按防水层施工工艺逐层涂刷；3、涂膜翘边；防水层的边沿、分次刷的搭接处，出现同基层剥离翘边现象。主要原因是基层不洁净或不干燥，收头操作不细致，密封不好，底层涂料粘结力不强等造成翘边。故基层要保证洁净

8、、干燥，操作要细致。4、破损：涂膜防水层分层施工过程中或全部涂膜施工完，未等涂膜固化就上人操作活动，或放置工具材料等，将涂膜碰坏、划伤。施工中应保护涂膜的完整。5、配料应有限量，不宜多配，避免浪费，不能在零下以及特别潮湿又不通风的环境中施工，否则影响成膜，混合拌料时不应加水过量，否则延伸率下降，操作时间短，影响涂膜质量。五、成品保护与安全文明施工注意事项：1、完成涂膜后，要避免坚硬物件损坏涂膜；2、存放材料的场所及施工现场严禁烟火；3、配料和施工现场要确保有良好的通风环境；4、施工人员应穿工作服、工作鞋并带手套才能进行操作。技术负责人俞卫星交底人接受交底人操作工人签字：1、 本表由施工单位填写
