2、标高水平线均已弹好，门框安装完毕并符合质量要求。2、所用材料应通过试验确定配合比。3、地面与楼面混凝土基层及房间四周墙根等已清理干净，并经验收合格。4、与垫层有关的电气管线、设备管线及埋件等均已安装完毕，位置固定准确牢靠。5、事先将管线或管道用细石混凝土或水泥砂浆全长固定，固定断面一般做成梯形，厚度不得超过垫层厚度，并注意养护和保护工作。6、室内温度应保持在5摄氏度以上。四、施工工艺:工艺流程：基层清理弹标高控制线找标高冲筋贴灰饼铺设混凝土并振捣木抹子搓平养护1、基层清理：地面与楼面浇筑混凝土垫层之前，应事先进行基层处理，主要把基层上粘结的松动混凝土、砂浆、油漆、灰浆等杂物认真清除，清除干净后

3、洒水湿润，经验收合格后方可进行垫层施工。2、按50cm的水平线，根据设计垫层厚度在墙上弹出垫层上平标高线，并贴灰饼，灰饼距约2m左右，必要时要进行冲筋。有泛水的房间按设计要求坡度找出最高点和最低点的标高，用拉小线的方法做出有泛水坡度找平墩,以便控制垫层的表面标高。3、铺设混凝土并振捣：浇灌时按先远后近、先里后外的施工顺序，先在浇灌基层面上洒水湿润，再涂刷1:0.5水泥浆结合层。铺设时用铁铣铺灰、用平板振捣器捣实，随即用大杠找平，用木抹子搓平。 此项工作要一次完成，要一次浇够厚度。全部操作过程应在2h内完成。4、冬期施工：1）垫层施工前应做好室内保暖措施，使操作和养护温度不低于5OC，己做好的垫
