2、nce or rejection of abstracts(1) In your call for paper, you should include the following information so that you can have good reasons for the acceptance or rejection: The abstract should contain all necessary information. Texts which merely give a general description of the subject cannot be accep

3、ted. Abstracts which considerably exceed the length prescribed above can equally be rejected. The acceptance or rejection of an abstract, and similarly of a presentation, whether oral or poster, will be the decision of relevant convener or reviewer.Acceptance or rejection of abstracts(2) As a furthe

4、r criterion for the acceptance of an abstract and, by extension, of its presentation, oral or poster, the degree to which it is suitable for inclusion in the published proceedings has to be taken into consideration, since many more presentations were submitted than it was possible to include in the

5、Proceedings. The acceptance of abstracts will be based on their scientific and technical quality and clarity of writing.Acceptance or rejection of abstracts(3) Contributors are therefore strongly advised to submit their complete text together with the abstract well before the final delivery date. Sh

6、ould an excessive number of abstracts be received for a particular session, those contributions will be preferred for which the complete text is already to hand, provided that it is considered worthy of publication.Acceptance or rejection of abstracts(4) Authors will be informed as quickly as possib

7、le - probably about a month before the conference - if their submission has been accepted and whether it may be presented orally or as a poster.
