2、含量的百分比,并且与其他植物纤维成分含量作比较。棉秆皮成分的特点为纤维素含量低,木质素、半纤维素、水溶物含量高,棉秆皮胶质含量比其他植物纤维高。棉秆皮化学处理工艺借鉴了麻类纤维化学脱胶工艺,分别探讨了一煮法、二煮法和二煮精炼法化学处理工艺。通过对不同方法试验结果的综合评价,确定了棉秆皮化学处理工艺方法为二煮法,具体的工艺流程为:试样准备浸酸水洗一煮水洗打纤水洗二煮水洗酸洗水洗抖松烘干。采用正交实验设计和模糊综合评价的方法对一煮法、二煮法的工艺条件进行优化,得出一煮的优化条件为:NaOH 浓度 8g/L,H2O2浓度 9g/L,浴比 1:100,时间 30min,温度 100;二煮的优化条件为:
3、NaOH 浓度 12g/L,H2O2浓度 17g/L,温度 80,时间 60min,浴比 1:100。关键词:棉秆皮纤维,化学处理工艺,纤维性能,纤维结构Investigation on the Property and ChemicalTreatment of Cotton-Straw Peel FiberABSTRACTRecently, people have been thinking much of importance of environmentprotection. The good degradation of natural fiber benefits environme
4、ntal protection.So, people have spent more and more time on it. It is a new methodof naturalfibredevelopmenttostudyonchemical treatment of cotton-straw peel fiber .The development of cotton-straw peel fiber resources not only can recycle the waste,but increase fiber material resource as well.In this
5、 paper, the component of cotton-straw peel was tested according to therelated standards. It was got that the cellulose content compared with other vegetablefibers component, the cotton-straw peel was lower, and the content of colloid,hemi-cellulose, water soluable and the gum grease of cotton-straw
6、peel was higherthan other vegetable fiber. The chemical degumming of Bast fiber was used asreference to investigation the chemical treatment of cotton-straw peel. The chemicaltreatments such as first boiling, second boiling and refining after second boling werestudied. Through the sythentic evaluati
7、on of peel result, it was obtained that secondboling method was regard as. The processing route was following as: sampleacidsoakwashingfirst boilingwashinghitingwashingsecond boilingwashingacidwashingwashingloosingdrying.Moreover,Orthogonalexperimental design and fuzzy evaluation method were used to
8、 optimiz. Theparameters of first boiling and second boiling. The first boiling optimization conditionwas 8g/L NaOH, 9g/L H2O2, liquor ratio 1:100, time 30min,temperature 100;Second boiling condition was:12g/LNaOH, 17g/LH2O2, liquorratio1:100, time 60min,temperature80.The properties and structure of
9、cotton-straw peel fiber were tested. It wasshowed that cotton-straw peel fibres length is shorter than that of flax,but longer thanthe hemp and jute. Its fineness was close to that of flax and jute,but bigger than thehemp; Iits strength was higher than that of jute, but was close to flax; Its breake
10、longation rate was higher than that of flax and jute fiber. By SEM observation, it wasshowed that its surface had some scoop channels and fissures, and were the same asthe hemps surface. Through infrared spectrogram test, it was showed that the specialchemical groups of cotton-straw peel fiber was s
11、imilar to that of other cellulose fibre,and the crystallinity index was 99.8% and 99.9% respectively by using the NOKImethod and OKI method.Through X-diffraction analysis, it was got that thecrystallinity degree and crystallinity index of cotton-strae peel fibres were 51.6%and75.79%, respectively by
