2、7月5日前全部完成。2 工艺流程2.1： 施工准备测量放线抛袋装砂抛中粗砂垫层打设塑料排水板铺设基垫布下道工序3 施工总体布署3.1施工共分为两大断面，2+4373+509 共1072.978米，3+5094+330,共820.089米第一断面分四段 ：每268米一段，分为A、B、C、D段4家进厂队伍进场后按照上面的施工工序分别对A、B、C、D段同时进行袋装砂棱体、砂垫层工作，待形成60米作业段面后，施打塑料排水板的队伍在完成其断面后，继续进行基垫布的铺设。第二断面分四段 ：每205米一段，分为E、F、G、H段。施工方案同第一断面。施工共分8个作业段施工，各作业段划分如下：作业段名称里 程距离

6、作业段测量人员根据项目部交付的轴线标示并结合施工图纸放出每道工序的测量标示，并报项目部测量人员验收，合格后方可使用。4.2铺设基垫布4.2.1 工艺流程施工准备材料进场测量放样定位船驻位对标铺设搭接处理基垫布固定验收4.2.2 主要施工工艺1施工准备：机械设备主要涉及施工船舶，材料由项目部统一购置，并将缝制好的基垫布下发给各作业段。2 测量放样：测量人员放出铺设边线位置，并立标标示。3 定位船驻位：定位船船体平行于轴线方向，对标驻好位。4 对标铺设：铺设时基垫布包缝垂直于导堤轴线，铺设时定位船垂直于导堤轴线移位，并下放基垫布，在铺设过程中抛砂袋固定基垫布。5 搭接处理：基垫布纵向采用搭接，搭接

7、宽度不小于2m。6 基垫布固定：每块基垫布四周必须固定好，两侧采用块石压载固定，中间部位可采用袋装砂压载固定。7验收：每完成一段后，通知项目部进行验收，项目部验收合格后通知监理工程师验收，合格后方可进行下道工序施工。4.3 抛袋装砂棱体4.3.1 工艺流程施工准备材料进场测量放样定位船驻位对标抛填验收4.3.2 主要施工工艺1 施工准备：小编织袋、砂子、施工船舶、施工人员、技术交底等。2 材料进场：小编织袋由项目部提供，砂子可采用中粗砂或细粉砂，砂子装袋后要封好口，可采用手动缝纫机缝合，如用绳拴必须拴死，不得有活节，袋子约装至6070%饱满。3 测量放样：袋装砂为两道埝，测量放样时放出每道埝顶

8、部外侧肩线，并立标标示。4 定位船驻位：定位船对标驻位，要根据涨、落、平潮选择不同的驻位位置。5 对标抛填：抛袋时先进行试验段施工，掌握不同潮流的抛设位置。袋装砂埝断面不得小于设计断面，顶高程不得低于设计标高要求，埝体必须连续，中间不得有间隙。6 验收：每完成一段后，通知项目部进行验收，项目部验收合格后通知监理工程师验收，合格后方可进行下道工序施工。4.4 抛中粗砂垫层4.4.1 工艺流程施工准备材料进场定位船驻位对标抛填验收4.4.2 主要施工工艺 1 施工准备：砂子、施工船舶、施工人员、技术交底等。2 材料进场：材料主要为中粗砂，材料进场按要求进行抽样检测。3 定位船定位：根据抛砂船大小，
