1、【精品文档】如有侵权,请联系网站删除,仅供学习与交流高瓦斯矿井供电模式的可靠技术研究与应用学位.精品文档.高瓦斯矿井供电模式的可靠性技术研究与应用摘 要煤矿供电系统是煤矿正常生产的主要动力来源和保障,随着煤矿开采技术水平的不断发展,煤矿生产已经逐步从条件较好的煤层开采深入到条件恶劣的区域,因此造成高瓦斯矿井的逐步增多。目前高瓦斯矿井的现代化、机械化水平已逐步提升,在煤矿事故中因地质、水害、瓦斯、通风等造成事故的数量已经显著下降。但是由于煤矿供电系统造成的停电事故却在逐年上升,为了杜绝因煤矿停电而造成的瓦斯,顶板,运输等事故的发生,必须有一个连续,可靠、稳定的电力保障,这对煤矿供电安全提出了更高
2、的标准,而高瓦斯矿井更是如此。因此,如何为高瓦斯矿井提供安全可靠、连续的供电电源成为当今各煤炭企业迫切需解决的问题,本文在分析高瓦斯矿井供电系统存在的问题,根据目前的高瓦斯矿井供电系统的现状,提出了如何提升保障高瓦斯矿井供电可靠性的一系列措施及有效方法。煤矿安全规程及国家电监会对煤矿供电系统,均提出了要具备双电源的供电系统,而供电系统的运行方式分为:一用一备,并联运行,分列运行等。其供电系统运行方式的选择直接影响着煤矿的安全性与可靠性。晋城煤业集团110kV电网供电系统主网结构由寺河110kV变电站、成庄110kV变电站、老区110kV变电站及赵庄110kV变电站组成。从表面看每一110kV供
3、电系统均为双电源供电,实际供电情况为一用一备的运行方式,虽然系统内均装有发电机组,但发电机组为瓦斯发电,单机容量小,抗冲击能力较弱,可靠性较差,系统出现故障时备用电源无法及时快速投入运行,可能会造成矿井局部停电、甚至大面积停电的风险,对高瓦斯矿井的安全生产形成巨大危险。高瓦斯矿井对电力系统的稳定性、连续性要求极高,因此在具备双电源的情况下如何确定及选用最佳运行方式已成为煤矿供电系统亟待解决的重要问题。晋煤集团内部供电网络无论是高瓦斯矿井成庄矿还是寺河矿所有下级35kV变电站在正常运行情况下,均有可靠的双回路电源,且该电源运行方式为大分列方式,但是在其中I回线路停电检修时,就会造成单回路供电的运
4、行方式,如果在此时另I回线路一旦发生停电,将造成矿井非计划停电。如2009年10月18日寺河矿东风井无计划停电事故,当时35KV东风井II回线路停电检修,35KV东风井I回路正常运行,由于刮大风,35KV东风井I回线路进线穿墙套管与导线线夹连接处刮上树枝,造成相间短路,导致寺河矿东区发生无计划停电。因此在一回线路检修,另一回线路运行时,如何还能保障矿井双回电源供电也已成为需解决的重要问题。现阶段高瓦斯发生矿井非计划停电事故,仍采用的是人工逐级恢复送电,按照山西晋煤集团供电公司停电事故应急预案人工恢复送电,即由调度中心命令、变电站当值运行人员操作的程序恢复送电。这种事故应急处理的方式必然需要一定
5、的处理时间,在这处理的时间内,对于高瓦斯矿来说,可能会造成井下瓦斯浓度上升等问题,对矿井的安全、连续生产造成严重影响。所以对高瓦斯矿井供电系统在发生停电故障时,研究如何快速恢复的对策是非常有必要的。本文通过对高瓦斯矿井供电系统进行有针对性的分析研究,即通过仿真分析确定合理选用110kV和35kV系统运行以保证电网失电后对煤矿重要负荷的支撑。在具备有双回路电源点的35kV变电站,其中I回线路检修或出现单回路供电的情况下,提出在该类型35kV变电站之间建立手拉手“环网”供电的方式。实现矿井在任何情况下的双回路供电。在部分35KV变电站,因条件不具备的情况下,只能采用一回路运行,一回路备用的运行方式
6、下,在电源点和矿井主通风机、局部通风机处安装电源快速切换装置,以保证主供电源在停电后,煤矿的重要负荷都能快速自动切换到备用电源上,以保证矿井连续生产、主扇不停机、瓦斯不超限的目的;通过采取“电源大分列运行方式”、“双电源快速切换”、“环网供电”等供电模式的技术研究及应用,可大大提高高瓦斯矿井连续供电的可靠性。关键词:供电可靠性,高瓦斯矿井,大分列运行方式,环网,电源快速切换 RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF RELIABILITY TECHNIQUE FOR HIGH GAS COAL MINE POWER SUPPLY MODEABSTRACTCoal mine pow
