27、ch are beyond the control of the Parties to this Contract, and which are unforeseen, unavoidable or insurmountable, and which prevent total or partial performance by either of the Parties. Such events shall include earthquakes, typhoons, flood ,fire, war, strikes, riots, acts of governments, changes

28、 in law or the application thereof or any other instances which cannot be foreseens, prevented or controlled, including instances which are accepted as Force Majeure ingeneral international commercial practice. （2）如果发和不可抗力事件，一方在本合同项下受不可抗力影响的义务在不可抗力造成的延误期间自动中止，并且其履行期限应自动延长，延长期间为中止的期间，该方无须为此承担违约责任。 if
