7、oject after approval。JAQ objectives being to ensure so far as is practicable that the health, safety and welfare of all persons on site and anyone affected by the project activities.本方案在得到批准后，将作为项目人员、承包商、访客详细的安全政策、系统和实践，并在施工和管理中得以执行。我们的目标是确保在项目中所有现场的人员享受健康、安全和保障，避免项目事故发生。Once developed the Project M

8、anager is charged with the responsibility for the full implementation, observations and compliance with the PSMP（project safety management plan）. The PSMP plan is to be used and read in conjunction with supporting documents such as audit reports, job safety analysis, etc as well as relevant legislat

Current occupational health and safety legislation states in part “Employers have a duty, so far as is practicabl

23、e to provide and maintain for their employees a safe and healthy working environment”. 如今，人们普遍认为职业健康和安全是项目管理中的一个关键事件。当前的职业保健和安全法规部分地陈述了“公司有责任，只要可以实现给员工提供和维持一个安全和健康的工作环境”。JAQ Limited acknowledges that whilst it can establish the working requirements to be followed, a truly safe and healthy working en

46、the Safety Committee are to have their roles explained to them during the initial meeting of the OHS Committee. Contractors will hold tool box talks with their employees and raise issues detailed in the tool box talk.
