14、titiveness status；grain trade ；trade barriers；comparative advantage.摘    要本文设计了一种发动机取力器，这种取力器由于其特有的优点而应用广泛。随着改革开放的深入，中国社会经济和交通环境有了明显的改善，各行业对专用尤其是重型专用汽车的需求越来越大。重型自卸车、散装水泥车、混凝土搅拌车、高空作业车、消防车、洒水车、市政用车、油田专用车等重型专用汽车将更加受到用户的青睐。而这些专用汽车大多装有一个重要的零件，就是取力器，目前市场上的专用汽车的种类十分繁多，所以对应的取力器的种类也很多，安装方法和位置

15、也是各有不同，性能也参差不齐。因此，设计一种容易操作、性能优越的取力器成为了一种必要。本文所研究的是一种发动机取力器，它的优点是结构紧凑，持续工作时间很长，它不受汽车离合器的干扰，只要发动机工作，不论离合器处于何种工作状态，取力器都能正常工作。因此发动机取力器的研发有着重要的意义。在本次设计过程中，作者绘制了总装图、部装图和重要零件图，并且做了相应的校核计算，提出了设计方案。关键词：取力器，齿轮，离合器，液压ABSTRACTThis paper designed a kind of power take-off of automobile,this kind of power take-off

Key words：Power Take-off, Geer, Clutch, Hydraulic Pressure本文设计的是一种前置式的夹钳式发动机取力器，它安装在发动机和变速器之间。原变速器的第一轴被取力器中的长柄齿轮轴所取代，长柄齿轮轴支承在发动机的飞轮中心，随发动机飞轮的转动而一起转动，随后将动力通过齿轮传递至第三轴，由输出法兰将动力输送给专用设备，

22、实现特定功能。本发动机取力器主要用于驱动大功率的附属设备，例如市政工程用车辆、消防车及混凝土搅拌车等。本取力器用法兰面直接安装于立位或左卧位主变速箱的输入端面。取力器由空心轴驱动，与主变速箱输入轴相联的主离合器轴穿过其中，两轴由各自独立的直接驱动离合器来驱动。因此，空心轴通过主离合器中的直接离合器与发动机相联，无论主离合器是结合还是分离，动力总是传向取力器，即只要发动机运转，则取力器总是与之同步运转，除非在其输出端分离多片离合器使其脱开，停止运转。此取力器的结合方式是：无论车辆是处于停驶状态还是行驶状态，发动机取力器均可工作。发动机动力传输给空心轴，空心轴上装有齿轮1，再经齿轮2传至齿轮3，齿

23、轮3也装在一空心轴上，轴的左端装有摩擦离合器，此摩擦离合器的结合或分离由液压控制，通过液力多片离合器可实现在负荷状态下结合和分离。当液压阀打开，液压系统给予摩擦片一定的向右的压力，使其压紧与之相配的摩擦片，则离合器处于结合状态，此时穿过空心轴的实心轴转动，将动力传至输出法兰，再传递给专用设备。 此取力器输出转矩的数值与具体用途有关，大致数值为最大转矩1200Nm(在平稳无振动的工况下，相应的轴承计算寿命大约为500h)，其许用轴荷亦必须核对，在此工况下，其数值约为：最大许用轴荷为Nm；最大结合惯性矩16kgm；最大许用结合转速为180Or/min79。 目

43、ak electricity system，Automation 楼宇电气自动化设计内容主要包括强电、弱电两部分。其中强电设计主要有几方面内容：供电系统设计，低压配电系统，线路敷设，电气照明设计，动力系统设计。弱电设计主要有以下几方面内容：建筑物防雷设计，接地安全设计，火灾自动报警及联动系统，安全防范系统，综合布线系统，通信网络系统，信息网络系统，建筑设备监控系统，有线电视系统，有线广播系统，扩声系统，呼应（叫）信号及公共显示装置，智能化系统集成1。现将本次设计基本情况介绍如下：该工程为28层综合楼，地下一、二层为人防、车库、设备用房，平站结合，层高分别为3.4m、4.7m，一五层为
