8、est report3.0 施工准备: Construction preparation 3.1 发电机已运至现场就位安装,外壳接地良好,绕组引出线与地安全距离充足。 The generator has been delivered and located and installed on the site, the casing earthed well, and enough distance is necessary between the lead-out wire of stator and earth. 3.2 现场已清理干净、道路通畅。 The site has been cle
9、aned up, and the road is unblocked. 3.3 本作业指导书及安全技术措施已编制审批完毕,对所有参加试验人员交底并签字,交底记录齐全。 The preparation of the work instruction and safety technique measures has been completed, and the examination and approval also has been done. All personnel attending the test have been told the real intentions and s
10、ign it up. The record is all ready. 3.4 试验仪器准备齐全,工作正常,试验人员熟悉仪器的使用方法。 The test apparatus has been prepared, and they work in gear. The test personnel are familiar with the using way of apparatus. 3.5 施工图纸及有关技术资料齐全。 The construction drawing and relative technical information are all ready. 3.6 试验所需工具准
11、备齐全。 Tools for test required are all ready. 3.7 试验区域拉好警戒绳,挂上明显的警示牌。 Set the warning rope in test area and hang the visible warning card. 3.8 试验用电源开关要悬挂“试验专用,严禁乱动”警示牌。 The warning card which is saying “ Special for use, dont fiddle with it” from the power switch used for test.3.9 发电机试验应有厂方人员现场技术指导。Th

15、 on, a set of common tools. 5.0 试验项目 Test items 本工程需要做以下试验,试验数据通过试验报告(附后)。将试验数据与出厂报告中的数据组进行比较分析。验收标准应该遵照厂家提供标准和国标。The following tests shall be conducted and the test results shall be recorded in the attached form(2 sheets). The test results shall be compared with the test results performed at the fa
16、ctory.The acceptance criteria for each test shall be as per Alstoms/GB standards.5.1 测量定子绕组的绝缘电阻和吸收比; Measurement of stator insulation resistance and absorption ratio5.2 测量定子绕组的直流电阻及定子绕组的极性; Measurement of stator DC resistance and polarity5.3 测量转子绕组的绝缘电阻; Measurement of rotor insulation resistance5.

20、: 7.1 测量定子绕组的绝缘电阻和吸收比; Measurement of stator insulation resistance and absorption ratio 7.1.1 测量前A、B、C三相绕组分别首尾短接, 使用5000V兆欧表分别测量A-B+C+地,B-A+C+地,C-A+B+地的绝缘电阻及吸收比。 Short-circuit the A、B、C stator winding respectively from beginning to end before testing. Measuring the insulation resistance and absorpti
21、on ratio of A-B+C+EARTH,B-A+C+EARTH,C-A+B+EARTH with 5000V megger. 7.1.2 每测量完一相后,应充分放电,并挂好接地线后才能换线。 After one phase completes testing, the stator should be discharged adequately and connected to earth before changing the test connection. 7.1.3 吸收比不小于1.3,各相绝缘电阻值的不平衡系数不应大于2。The absorption ratio should
22、 not less than 1.3, and the unbalance factor of each phases insulation resistance should less than 2.7.2 测量定子绕组的直流电阻及定子绕组的极性; Measurement of stator DC resistance and polarity 7.2.1 接好测试线并检查其正确性,先测A相,然后B相及C相。 Connect the test connection correctly, measure stator DC resistance of A phase, then B phase
23、 and C phase.7.2.2 被测绕组两端接线要求电压线内接,测试线应有足够截面并与绕组引出线接线板接触良好。 Internal connect the voltage wiring. The test wiring should have enough section, and connected to the stator winding all right. 7.2.3 检查接线无误后,合上仪器电源,检查仪器工作正常,按厂家资料选定合适的量程开始测试;测试完毕,待放电完毕后,断开电源开关,更换试验接线,测量下一绕组。 Close the power switch of appar
24、atus after examining the connection. Examine whether the apparatus works all right, choose the proper range and start to test. After testing, discharge adequately first, then cut off the power switch, change the test connection, and measure the next phase. 7.2.4 试验过程中如仪器量程不合适,先停止测试,待放电完毕后方可更换。 If th
25、e apparatus range is not proper in course of measurement, stop testing first and change it after discharge adequately. 7.2.5 测量过程中,拆换线前应充分放电,仪器指示放电完毕后方可进行拆换线,必要时挂上接地线。 In course of measurement, discharge adequately first before change the test connection, even hangs the grounded wiring if necessary.
26、 7.2.6 禁止试验过程中断开电源及接在试品两端的测试线。 Prohibit cutting off the electric source and the test wiring connected at the stator. 7.2.7 各相绕组直流电阻在校正了由于引线长度不同引起的误差后,相互间差别不应超过最小值的2%。After correcting inaccuracy caused by the difference of lead length, the reciprocal differential value of each phase DC resistance sho
27、uld be less than 2% of the least value. 7.2.8 用直流感应法测量定子绕组的极性,A,B,C应互为减极性。Checking stator polarity in the way of DC induction,the A、B、C winding should be subtractive polarity each other.7.3 测量转子绕组的绝缘电阻; Measurement of rotor insulation resistance7.3.1 将转子绕组首尾短接,用1000V兆欧表测量转子绕组对地的绝缘电阻与吸收比。 Short-circu
28、it the rotor winding from beginning to end, then measure the insulation resistance between rotor and earth with 1000V megger.7.3.2 测得的绝缘电阻不低于10(0.117kV+1)M(25时),吸收比不低于2。如果绝缘电阻大于100(0.117kV+1)即11.7M,则吸收比允许低于2。The minimum acceptable insulation resistance value shall be 10(0.117kV+1)M(at 25). PI values
29、 should not less than 2, and this values below 2 can be accepted if IR100(0.117kV+1)=11.7M.7.3.3 试验温度与出厂试验温度不同时,换算至同一温度下比较。 Convert it into the same temperature for comparison if the test temperature is different from the ex-factory test temperature.7.4 测量转子绕组的直流电阻Measuring the DC resistance of roto
30、r 7.4.1 测量须在转子冷态下进行。 The measurement should be carry out when rotor cold.7.4.2 被测绕组两端接线要求电压线内接,测试线应有足够截面并与绕组引出线接线板接触良好。 Internal connect the voltage wiring. The test wiring should have enough section, and contact with the stator winding all right. 7.4.3 检查接线无误后,合上仪器电源,检查仪器工作正常,按厂家资料选定合适的量程开始测试;测试完毕,
31、待放电完毕后,断开电源开关,拆除试验接线。 Close the power switch of apparatus after examining the connection. Examine whether the apparatus works all right, choose the proper range and start to test. After testing, discharge adequately first, then cut off the power switch, remmove the test connection. 7.4.4 试验过程中如仪器量程不
32、合适,先停止测试,待放电完毕后方可更换。 If the apparatus range is not proper in course of measurement, stop testing first and change it after discharge adequately. 7.4.5 测量过程中,拆换线前应充分放电,仪器指示放电完毕后方可进行拆换线,必要时挂上接地线。 In course of measurement, discharge adequately first before change the test connection, even hangs the gro
33、unded wiring if necessary. 7.4.6 禁止试验过程中断开电源及接在试品两端的测试线。 Prohibit cutting off the electric source and the test wiring connected at the stator. 7.4.7 测得的直流电阻与出厂数据比较,其差值不应超过2%。The differential value between Ex-factory data and the metrical value should be less than 2%.7.5 测量发电机和励磁机的励磁回路连同所连接设备的绝缘电阻值,不
34、包括发电机转子Measure insulation resistance of generator and exciters exciting circuits, ex rotor and exciter armature. 7.5.1 使用500V兆欧表测量,测得值不低于0.5M。 Measure insulation resistance with 500V megger, and the insulation resistance should not less than 0.5M.7.5.2 回路中有电子元器件设备的,试验时应将插件拔出或将其两端短接。 If there are ele
35、ctronic elements in these circuits, should be short-circuit or pulled out when testing.7.6 发电机和励磁机的励磁回路连同所连接设备的交流耐压试验,不包括发电机转子Separate source power frequency withstand test of generator and exciters exciting circuits, ex rotor and exciter armature. 7.6.1 试验电压为1000V。The test voltage is 1000V.7.6.2 回路
36、中有电子元器件设备的,试验时应将插件拔出或将其两端短接。 If there are electronic elements in these circuits, should be short-circuit or pulled out when testing.7.7 测量转子绕组的交流阻抗和功率损耗;Measurement of rotor AC impedance and capacity loss 7.7.1 接线并检查其正确性。 Connect and check the test wiring.7.7.2 接线检查无误后合上刀闸,开始升压,根据出厂报告升至所需要电压值,记录电压 表
37、、电流表、功率表读数,注意升压时各表记不能超限,施加电压峰值不应超过额定励磁电压值。After check thewiring correct, close the power switch and rise voltage according to the Ex-factory test report, record the reading of amperemeter、voltmeter、 wattmeter. 7.8 测量定子绕组的直流泄漏 DC high potential test of stator 7.8.1 按仪器使用方法正确接线,并接好放电杆。试验设备布置要紧凑,连线要短,对
38、地要有足够距离,接地应牢固可靠。 Connect the test wire and discharge pole. The arrangement of test equipment should be compact, and the connection should be short, there should have enough distance from the earth, The earth should be firm.7.8.2 测试每一相绕组对其他两相绕组及地的直流泄漏电流。试验电压为33kV。 Measure the DC leakage current respe
39、ctively between each phase and the other two phases、 earth, the test voltage is 33kV。7.8.3 先空试仪器工作正常,并记录试验电压下微安表的读数,然后将电压退至零,关掉仪器电源,拔掉电源插头,对仪器高压输出端充分放电,放电应先通过放电电阻再直接接地。仪器空试时被试发电机所有绕组应短接接地。Firstly do the no-load test of instrument and record the reading of micro ammeter under the test voltage, then d
40、own to zero, shut down the power switch, pull out the plug of power supply, and discharge fully. The discharge should be through the resistance first and then earth it directly. When no-load test of instrument, the stator should be short-circuit and earth reliable. 7.8.3 直流泄漏试验前后均应测量绝缘电阻,绝缘测试正常后,在加压
41、绕组挂好高压线,非加压绕组可靠短接接地,通知监护人员就位,合上电源,启动设备均匀缓慢升压,分5个点升至额定试验电压,每个点停留1分钟,并记录泄漏电流值。试验完毕,电压退至零,断开仪器电源,拔掉电源插头,对被试绕组充分放电后,挂好接地线。Measuring the insulation resistance before and after the test. Hang the high-voltage wire up the pressurization phase winding if the insulation test passed, earth the non-pressurized
42、 phase winding through short-circuit. Inform the ward personnel fill their shoes, then close the power switch, increase the voltage equably and gradually, let the voltage crease up to the rated test voltage through dividing into 5 points. Stay 1 minute on each point and record the leakage current va
43、lue. Recede the voltage to zero and cut off the power supply of instrument, pull out the plug of power supply, hang up the earth wire as required after the test winding discharge fully. 7.8.5 试验过程中,如果泄漏电流不稳定或急速上升,应立即停止试验,查明原因并消除后方可继续试验。Stop testing if the leakage current is not steady or going up rapidly. Find out the reason and solve it, then go on testing. 7.9 绕组连同套管的交流耐压试验 Separate source power frequency withstand test of the stator7.9.1 按仪器使用要求正确接线,接线时要注意带高压电的线路对地保持足够的安全距离,相邻的非
