4、ace with the stepper motor and realizes the air spring variable stiffness. The thesis has carried on spring selection and calculates as well as the shock absorber, the sensor, the air operated part and the stepper motor selection, then designs the test rig structure, arranges signal gathering equipm

17、用的工程地质勘查报告及用地宗地图等另见;2、 本工程为民用二类项目设计,耐火等级为二级,本工程设计耐久年限为50年。3、 常年地下水位低于-1.3m。水质对混凝土没有侵蚀作用;4、 地震荷载和雪荷载等常用荷载查相关规范。本工程采用框架结构体系,框架抗震等级为三级。建筑构件的耐火极限及燃烧性能均按民用建筑设计规范(GBJI0I8-7)执行.全部图纸尺寸均以毫米为单位。本工程结构图中所注标高均为结构标高。主体工程设计1、全部双向板底筋短向放置在底层,长向放置在短向筋上。2、框架柱与墙连接均需
18、间隔500mm高、在柱内预埋并向外伸出长度不小于1000mm的2φ6的钢筋与墙体相连接。 3、 工程内预留洞、预埋件应与其他相关专业配合施工,严禁在结构构件上事后凿洞。凡柱、板、梁及混凝土墙上开洞必须满足相关规范要求。4、 凡建筑图中未设墙处今后需加隔墙时,只允许加轻质隔墙。5、 框架梁上下立筋除图中注明外均不宜有接头,不可避免时,必须采用焊接接头,同一截面内钢筋的接头面积不多于钢筋总面积的50%。3.4 结构设计方案及布置 该建筑
19、为宿舍楼,采用框架结构,建筑平面布置灵活,有较大空间。构件初估一、柱截面尺寸的确定由于本框架结构荷载较小,β可取1.1。设防烈度7度,抗震等级为三级,因此μ取0.9。地层柱的柱高H=3900mm,由于为现浇楼盖则其 =1.0H=3900mm, 其他层柱的柱高H=3300mm,同样为现浇楼盖条件下的计算高度 =1.25H=1.25×3300mm=4125mm, 则由b≥ /30=4125/30=137.5mm h≥ /25=4125/25=165 mm综合考虑框架柱最小截面尺寸为b×h=137.5mm×165mm,选定柱
20、截面尺寸为450mm×450mm。二、梁尺寸确定 框架梁的截面高度可根据梁的跨度、约束条件及 荷载大小进行选择,一般取梁高为l/12l/8梁的跨度。为防止发生剪切破坏,梁高不宜大于1/4净跨。框架梁的截面宽度可取为梁高度的1/31/2梁高,为了使端部节点传力可靠,梁宽不宜小于柱宽的1/2,且不应小于200mm。该工程框架为纵横向承重,梁跨度为6.0m,根据梁跨度可初步确定框架梁截面尺寸300mm×600mm。选取边跨主梁尺寸为200mm×400mm,纵向钢筋配筋率一般为0.6%1.5%。 三、楼板尺
21、寸板的纵横向的跨度比为2,采用现浇双向板,板的最小厚度 h=l/40l/50lox(lox为双向板的断想计算跨度),且满足h≥80mm 。板的厚度取100mm。工程概况本次设计课题是一幢宿舍楼,四层框架结构,抗震设计烈度为7度。地基按类场地土。建筑物底层层高为3.9m,其它层为3.3m,柱、梁板均为现浇结构。4.1.1 平面设计首先应是底层的设计,初步拟定柱的截面尺寸450mm×450mm,梁的截面尺寸为300mm×600mm、200mm×400mm.4.1.2 剖面设计 为了很好
