GENERAL总则1.1 Definitions of terms定义The following terms as used within the contents of this specification, have the meanings as stated hereinafter:如下

19、ic design of the Ship has been awarded, namely: Gusto BV, Schiedam, Holland.基本设计方：本船基本设计的设计方为Gusto BV, Schiedam, HollandDETAIL DESIGNER:Shanghai Merchant Ship Design & Research Institute, CSSC详细设计方：本船详细设计的设计方为上海船舶研究设计院(SDARI)。BASIC DESIGN:Preparation of specifications and plans/drawings outlining th

In terms of structural plans, for example, this relates to determination of the main scantlings.基本设计：规格书和图纸达到船级社要求的详细程度。比如，对于结构部分图纸就要明确主要构件。DETAILED DESIGN:Development of Basic Design into specifications, plans/ drawings that are Class approv

21、ed enabling production of Ship. In terms of structural plans, for example, this relates to the development of fabrication shop drawings详细设计：在基本设计的基础上完成，规格书和图纸达到船级社要求，并且据此详细设计图纸能够完成生产设计。CLASS:The Classification Society Bureau under whose Rules, Regulations and Survey the Ship will be constructed and

22、outfitted, being American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as well as China Classification Society (CCS).船级社：本船建造和舾装在美国船级社(ABS)和中国船级社(CCS)直接检验下完成，并采用相关船级社的规范和规则。AUTHORITIES:The National Shipping Inspection Bureau of the Country of Registry under whose Laws and Regulations the Ship will be registered, namely

23、 Peoples Republic of China (PRC).当局：中华人民共和国海事局，采用中国法规。BUILDER:The Company to whom the Building Contract will be awarded and who shall have the responsibility for the construction of the Ship, installation of all equipment, including OSE, and systems, outfitting, testing and final delivery of the Shi

26、any materials or equipment, it means that those materials or equipment shall be checked, stored, insured, handled, mounted on the Ship, connected and (performance) tested by the Builder, regardless whether the mentioned materials or equipment are supplied by Owner or by Builder.安装：材料和设备所提到的“安装”，是指无论
