31、dition rate is 97%. for 75t tower crane rotary diameter is 24.4m, capacity is 66t, lifting capacity is 47.2t, it condition rate is 72%1. The capacity of 350t exceed 90%, so we should arrange one person be in charge it.2. 350t crawler crane adopt main arm 72m + assistant arm 30m + SWSL work condition
