3、案仅限于B10、B20区域钢结构安装,包括管廊、压缩机厂房、设备结构、设备平台和复杂的钢结构。 This method statement is applicable for all steel structure erection within area B10 and B20, include main pipe rack、compressor shelter、equipment structure、equipment platform and miscellaneous steel structure.2 工程概况PROJECT GENERAL1 钢结构总重约2300吨 The tota
4、l weights of steel structure are about 2,300 tons2结构的连接型式采用高强螺栓 The steel structure be assembled by high stress bolt.3 钢结构的预制由JGC委托加工成半成品构件,分类编号并试拼装后,运往安装现场交付安装 .JGC entrusted that Fabrication of steel structure should be semi finished products , transport to installation site for installation after

12、r deviation中心偏差2.05)钢结构必须保持清洁The steel structure shall be clean6) 现场的钢结构件进入后,在组装前,按照钢结构布置图和工厂制造图的编号对应预制件上的标记一一查找,放在对应的安装位置,检查部门会同有关技术人员按照图纸和规范的要求对其进行全面检查,若发现不合格品,必须处理合格后方可安装就位Quality control department and technique engineers will inspect all received fabricated parts before and after installation i
13、n according to related drawings and specifications. If there are unqualified parts, it must be repaired to meet the requirement of standards.3) 钢结构的安装Steel structure erectiona) 根据图纸将底座吊装就位,按图纸和规范要求进行找正。钢架安装采用片状框架地面拼装,组合吊装和单构件安装相结合的方法,后安装次梁、联系梁、支撑,并根据设备吊装的要求留设个别活动梁,待设备安装后再紧固。已安装的结构应具有可靠的稳定性和足够的空间钢度。B
14、ase should be lifted and put in place according to the drawing. The alignment should be done according to the drawing and specification. During installing the steel frame, flat frame would be assembled on the ground, combining the method of lifting with single piece installing, then install auxiliar
15、y beam, tie beam, support, leaving moveable beam according to the requirement of equipment lifting, and tighten it after the equipment installing. The installed structure should have reasonable stability and keep enough clearance for the steel strength.b) 根据各片框架的重量不同可选择不同的吊装机索具。可采用单机吊装,也可利用两台吊车配合吊装。
16、在安装时,可加临固定支撑固定。Suitable lifting crane sling and other tools could be chosen according to the vicious weight of each frame. Single crane can be applied; two cranes also could operate together to lift. Temporary bracing & staying must be applied after allocation of portal frame.c) 为防止构件组合体在吊装翻转时产生变形,应
17、采取加固措施Taking reinforced method to avoid distortion when lifted parts are turned aroundd) 钢结构构架的安装,可采用分段分片的安装方法。每一片框架分别在地面平台上组装好,先吊装后组装。It could adapt the method of pieces Installation for the steel structure and each piece should assembled on the ground platform first (erection before installation)
18、e) 结构架按柱的连接点可分为几层,第一层柱的对应两片框架先吊装就位,初步校正并固定后,再安装第一层内的其它构件及平台、直梯等,然后再按第一层的安装程序安装上一层。安装上一层时,应考虑下一层安装的偏差 Structure frame will be divided to several tiers according to connection points. The two corresponding pieces frame of first column should be lifted to location, after initial adjusting and fixing, i
19、nstall other parts, platform and ladder inside 1st tier. The next tier will follow the same procedure as 1st tier. Portable beam will be set up for convenient lifting of equipment and re-fixed after equipment installation. The 1st tier deviation should be considered when installing upper tiers.4) 钢结
20、构找正Alignment of steel structurea) 安装找正应借助于磁力线坠、水平尺等工具,确保安装各部位几何尺寸、垂直度、水平度等在允许偏差范围内,具体安装允差详见副录1 Magnetic plummet, level measuring tools and other measuring tools will be applied during installation to ensure all data are within allowance, refer to the attachment-1 5) 螺栓紧固Bolts tightening 钢结构高强螺栓的紧固详见
21、“钢结构高强螺栓施工方案”Tightening high strength bolt of steel structure refer to the method statement of high strength bolts of steel structure 6) 非收缩性灌浆Non-shrink grouting a找正完,对高强螺栓紧固后进行灌浆工作并且一次完成。The grouting is done at one time after qualified alignment and fasten of the high strength bolt b灌浆前,应对垫铁组点焊固定;
22、基础表面用水冲洗干净,保持湿润。灌浆时应清除表面积水,按照灌浆材料的供方说明书进行灌浆和养护。Before the grouting, apply the units installed with shim sets that shall be spot-welded. Clean foundation surface with water and keep wet during grouting, remove the surface accumulated water, and pound carefully to make concrete to fill tightly in each
23、 parts. Pay attention to curing after grouting.7) 钢结构焊接Steel structure welding a焊接材料与母材的匹配应符合设计要求及国家现行行业标准建筑钢结构焊接技术规范的规定,并在使用前应按照产品说明书及焊接工艺文件的规定进行烘焙和存放 In according to the design requirement and the national stander the welding technical specification of construction steel structure JGJ81, welding m
24、aterial should match to the base material. Compare with the manufactures instruction and welding process document to bake and store the material before use.b 焊接工作人员必须经考试合格并取得合格证书。Welding workers must have the qualified certificate of China.c 焊接工程师应对钢结构母材、焊接材料等进行焊接工艺评定,并根据评定报告确定焊接工艺。焊工应严格按照焊接工艺作业The
25、welding engineer should implement the welding procedure qualification for the structural base material, and confirm the welding procedure by the report。Welder must follow the welding procedure to work strictly. d T形接头、十字接头、角接接头等要求溶透的对接和角对接组合焊缝,其焊角尺寸不应小于t/4。焊角尺寸的允许偏差为04mmThe dimension of the weld ang
26、le for which fully-melted BW joint, and angle BW joint as the T-joint, cross joint, corner joint should be less than t/4.The tolerance of the weld angle should be within 04mm.e 焊接时应保证焊接环境具有良好的条件,发现下列任何一种情况又无有效防护设施时,不得施焊 Ensure good condition during welding. Welding should be not allowed to perform u
27、nder any one of the following conditions and also without protection facilities :大风:风速大于或等于8m/s ;Heavy wind: Wind velocity is more than or equal to 8m/s ;雨雪:雨后或下雨;After rain or raining days;湿度:相对湿度大于90;Humidity: Relative humidity is more than 90%;f 焊接前对坡口组装的质量进行检查,如超过允许误差,应返修后再进行焊接.焊前应清理坡口中的水份、油污和锈等
28、。The quality of groove assembling should be checked before welding. If allowance error exceeds, it should be retreated and then welded again. Humidity, greasy dirt and rust in the groove should be removed before welding.严禁在母材表面引弧,多层焊的层间接头应错开。Arc ignition on the surface of the bus bar should be prohi
29、bited; the interlayer joint of multi-layer should be staggered.8). 补漆Touch-Up painting钢结构补漆详见“钢结构补漆施工方案”Tightening high strength bolt of steel structure refer to the method statement of touch-up painting of steel structure 9) 质量保证措施Quality Assurance a) 钢结构制作和安装所用的钢材、焊材、连接材料、防腐涂料等,应具有出厂质量证明书,并应符合国家现行
30、有关标准的规定和设计文件的要求。The material (steel, welding material, connection material, painting material) for the steel structure produce & installation should have the qualified certificate and in accordance with the national standard and the design document.b) 构件要在施工环境温度高于-12时进行矫正。矫正后,表面局部平面度:当t14,允许偏差1.5/10
31、00mm;当t14,允许偏差1/1000mm,其它尺寸允许偏差应符合规范中的规定。When the temperature -12 it should be corrected .After that the partly level of surface is: if t14, tolerance1.5/1000mm;If t14,tolerance1/1000mm,and other tolerance should in accordance with the specification. c) 碳素结构钢和低合金钢在加热矫正时,加热温度应根据钢材性能选定,但不得超过900。低合金结构钢
32、在加热矫正后应缓慢冷却。 When the carbon steel & low alloy steel are under heat correct, the temperature should refer to the steels character and can not excess 900。After that the low alloy steel should be coded slowly. d) 螺栓孔必须清洁,螺栓孔间距、最小边缘距离以及螺栓孔大小应符合规范JGJ 82中的规定。The bolt hole should be clean and the distance
33、 between two bolts or edges and the size of bolt should in accordance with JGJ 82. e)当螺栓孔的允许偏差超过规定时,可采用用与母材材质相匹配的焊条补焊后重新制孔。When the tolerance excesses the specification, the electrode that will be used for re-welding shall be matched with the base material. A new hole shall mad after re-welding. f)
34、加强计量管理,定期对计量器具进行校验,保证计量器具的准确度Strengthen measuring control by verifying and adjusting measuring tools periodically to ensure all measuring tools correct.g) 建立现场质保体系,加强质量管理,质检工程师必须严格按设计文件和规范、标准要求进行监督检查 Setting site quality assurance system to reinforce quality management. Quality engineers execute ins
35、pection in compliance with designing document and specification.h) 运用TQC方法对施工的各个环节进行控制 Controlling every procedure by use of TQC method.10) 施工安全措施Safety Precaution1) 施工中必须遵守施工安全规程,按规范要求施工 Must obey all construction safety regulations according to related standard requirements.2) 使用工具及材料都要安放有序,施工场地的杂
36、物要及时清理干净。要使工作场地有充分的活动余地,避免碰伤或扎脚 Tools and materials are to be placed in an orderly fashion. In order to have a spacious work-yard and avoid injuries, sundries on construction field should be cleaned up punctually.3) 吊装构件前应检查绑扎是否平稳、牢固,不得在构件上堆放或悬挂零星物件 Checking component-binding conditions before riggi
37、ng. Forbidding stacking and hanging small parts on components. Strictly following operation regulation and specification.4) 在钢结构吊装时,吊装区域内非工作人员严禁入内,工作人员不准站在吊臂下面和框架附近。工作人员应戴安全帽,高空作业时应系安全带,3米以上设安全网 During the hoisting of steel structure, non operators are forbidden to enter the hoisting area. Operators
38、 are not allowed to stand under the lifting arm or near the frame. Workers should wear safety helmet and fasten safety belt for high work in high places. Safety net should be laid for work above three meters in height.5) 钢结构施工需许多设备,如电焊机、氧、乙炔瓶等,这些设备要放在安全的地方,并保持一定的距离。Keep the distance between all for
39、the steel construction work, such as welding machine, oxygen, acetylene cylinder. And put them in a safety area. 6) 构件起吊就位放稳后,应将接头固定,未经指挥及校正人员同意不得松钩 Joint of structure must be fixed after component hoisting and set steadily. It is forbidden to loosen the lifting hook without agreement of the directo
40、r and the adjusting personnel.7) 施工用的电动机械和设备均须接地,绝对不允许使用破损的电线或电缆,严防设备漏电。施工用电器设备和机械的电缆需集中在一起,便于现场管理 Motor-driven machineries and equipment used for construction must be earthed and centralized for easy to field management. Wires and cables torn must be discarded and take strict precautions against el
41、ectric leakage.8) 高空施工,当风速为10m/s时,吊装工作应停止。当风速达到15m/s时,所有工作均须停止When working at higher place, rigging work should be stopped if wind speed is over 10 m/s. The ladder is to be assembled for convenience of shackle releasing. The AT9120 120T hydraulic crane will act as main crane assisted by QUY-50 crawler crane.
