2、Effort and Risk Type under Fair Entropy A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate: Wang Kun-ying Supervisor:Prof. Xu Mao-zeng Chongqing Jiaotong University, Chongqing, China I 摘 要 快速发展的全球化贸易以及多变的供应链管理模式,已经改变了传统的竞争 方式,企业与企业之间的竞争已转变为企业所处供应链之间的竞争,企业之间通 过合作实现优势互补,提高供应链竞争力。为了实现供应链有效合作必须
3、充分协 调好合作参与者之间的关系,在协调合作伙伴关系上最有效的工具是供应链契约, 研究供应链契约已成为供应链管理的重点。 供应链中的努力活动、成员的风险偏好以及合作带来的利润如何分配是供应 链契约研究的热点问题,本文重点研究了两种供销合作环境中以公平熵最大求解 收益共享比例的优化模型及其模型求解,合理分配了供销之间的利润。 首先在努力成本共担的收益共享协调模型基础上,以公平熵模型得到了最优 收益共享比例,合理公平的分配了供销之间的利润。 其次以销售商厌恶损失并实施努力活动为合作环境,分析了集中决策模式、 批发价格决策模式和传统收益共享决策模式的努力水平、订购量及批发价格决策, 设计了努力成本共
4、担 降低批发价格的改进型收益共享协 调模型,使供销双方获 得了帕累托改进,同样以公平熵模型得到了改进型收益共享协调模型中的最优收 益共享比例,对供销利润进行了合理分配,并对模型重要参数做了敏感性分析。 最后以供应商厌恶损失并实施努力活动为合作环境,分析了集中决策模式、 批发价格决策模式和传统收益共享决策模式的努力水平、订购量及批发价格决策, 设计了努力成本共担 提高批发价格的改进型收益共享协调模型,使供销双方获 得了帕累托改进效果,以公平熵模型得到了改进型收益共享协调模型中的最优收 益共享比例,进而合理的分配了供销之间的利润,同样对模型参数做 了敏感性分 析。 关键词: 收益共享,努力成本,厌
5、恶损失,公平熵,利润分配 II ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of economic globalization and changeable supply chain management mode, the competitions among enterprises have changed into the competitions in supply chains, enterprises can achieve complementary advantages and enhance the competitiveness of
6、 the supply chain through cooperation. In order to realize the effective cooperation of supply chain, it is necessary to fully coordinate the relationships among cooperation partners, the most effective tool to coordinate supply chain business relationship is the supply chain contract, so the resear
7、ch of supply chain contract has became the focus of supply chain management. The supply chain activities, the risk preferences of members and how to distribute the profit of supply chain are hot topics in the research of supply chain contracts, this paper studies optimization model and its solving p
8、roblem of getting revenue sharing ratio based on maximum fair entropy under two important cooperation environments of supplier and retailer, and the fair and reasonable profit allocation strategy between supplier and retailer is given. At first, basing on revenue sharing contract model based on cost
9、 sharing, the optimal revenue sharing ratio of revenue sharing contract based on cost sharing is obtained based on the fair entropy model, then the fair and reasonable profit allocation strategy between supplier and retailer is given. Secondly, the retailer is the loss aversion type, and the supplie
10、r conducts the supply chain effort activities as the cooperative environment, the effort level, the order quantity and the wholesale price decision of the centralized decision-making model, the wholesale price decision model and the traditional revenue sharing decision model are analyzed, the improv
11、ed revenue sharing contract model based on the effort cost sharing and reduce the wholesale price strategy is designed, and Pareto improved decision is obtained, also, the optimal revenue sharing ratio and the fair and reasonable profit allocation between supplier and retailer of the improved revenu
12、e sharing contract are obtained by the fair entropy model, sensitivity analysis is made for the important parameters of the model. In the end, the supplier is the loss aversion type, and the supplier conducts the supply chain effort activities as the cooperation environment, the effort level, the or
13、der quantity and the wholesale price decision of the centralized decision-making model, the 3 wholesale price decision model and the traditional revenue sharing decision model are analyzed, the improved revenue sharing contract model based on Pareto improved decision, the effort cost sharing and red
14、uce the wholesale price strategy is designed, also, the optimal revenue sharing ratio of the improved revenue sharing contract are obtained by the fair entropy model, then the fair and reasonable profit allocation strategy between supplier and retailer is given, sensitivity analysis is also made for
