3、ate school of Hunan University Supervisor Professor ZHANG Hanjiang May,2015 供应链上再制造与产能准备研究 摘 要 随着生活水平的不断提高和生活质量的日益改善,人们越来越重视资源节约 和环境保护。如何正确的把握市场需求,科学的进行产能准备,合理控制半成品 和产成品的库存水平, 节约使用资源, 降低企业经营成本,提高其经营效益具有 重要的现实意义。针对大量废旧产品污染环境的现象,由于对废旧产品进行回收 再制造,不仅能使企业降低生产成本、提高竞争力,也有利于合理使用资源、保 护生态环境。世界上很多知名企业积极从事再制造的技术
4、研发和实际应用,取得 了良好的效果,积累了丰富的经验。近年来, 中国各级政府陆续出台了相应的政 策推动再制造发展,如加大对旧家电、旧汽车以旧换新的补贴力度等。 本文运用博弈论方法对供应链上的产能准备展开均衡分析。首先, 本文以一 个制造商和一个分销商组成的两级供应链为对象,分别在需求确定与不确定的两 种情形下,以制造商为领先决策者, 首先制定产品的批发价格,分销商观测到上 游制造商的批发价格后,根据批发价进行使其利润最大化的最优零售定价, 建立 了相应的博 弈模型, 进行均衡解的求解和分析研究。 其次, 在产品存在差异的假 定下, 建立了一个两期的动态博弈模型,对闭环供应链上的产能准备进行均衡
5、分 析。 第三,在上面问题的研究基础之上, 将考虑到市场需求不确定的情形,对闭 环供应链上的产能准备进行均衡分析。最后, 在产品差异化的再制造情形下,本 文引入了政府对制造商在第二期的再制造活动进行财政补贴的决策内生化,来研 究闭环供应链上的最优产能准备。 本文主要是着眼于政府、企业及公众所关注的资源节约和环境保护问题之一 进行分析、探讨,对供应链上需求不确定情形下制造商的产能准备决策、再制造 决策及政府对再制造活动的补贴决策问题进行了建模分析。产能准备是企业生产 经营决策的一个基本方面,再制造比例的日益增长使得产能准备决策问题更加复 杂化,相继对市场需求不确定情况下包括制造与再制造两个方面的
6、产能准备优化 决策的一个两期模型进行了分析。希望本文的研究成果能给相关的政府部门和企 业建设生态文明的实践中提供一些有益的理论支持和实用参考。 关键词: 产业组织理论;供应链;产能准备;再制造;内生化;补贴 II 3 硕士学位论文 Abstract As the standards of living improving, there is a growing emphasis on environmental protection. For the case of capacity shortage or excess, how to properly grasp the market de
7、mands,to prepare the capacity scientificly and control the inventory reasonably,which is important to reduce the manufacturing costs and improve the operating efficiency. For the phenomenon of waste products that pollute the environment, recycling manufacturing not only make lower production costs a
8、nd improve competitiveness,but also can use the resources rationally and protect the environment. Many of the world-renowned companies actively engaged in the development and application of remanufacturing, which have achieved good results and experience. In recent years, China has successively intr
9、oduced policies to promote the development of remanufacturing, increasing the trade subsidies for appliances and old car and so on. This paper is mainly on the equilibrium analysis of the capacity preparing on the supply chain by using the game theory. Firstly, the supply chain is consisted of a man
10、ufacturer and a distributor, with the determined demand and uncertain demand cases respectively, manufacturer determind the products wholesale prices as the Stackelberg leader, after observing upstream manufacturers wholesale price, the distributor will determine the retail price to make the profit
11、maximization, establishing the appropriate decision model to analyze research. Secondly, there is a difference in the products, with the establishment of a two-period model, we have the equilibrium analysis of capacity preparing on the closed-loop supply chain. Again, on the basis of the above issue
12、s, which taking into account the uncertain market demand situation, we have the equilibrium analysis of capacity preparing on the closed-loop supply chain. Finally, under the product differentiation situation, the paper also introduces the governments subsidy to the manufacturers remanufacturing act
13、ivities in the second period, as endogenous parameters, to study the optimal capacity preparing on closed-loop supply chain. This paper is mainly focused on the environmental issues that the government, businesses and people are concerned about, under uncertain circumstances,we study 4 供应链上再制造与产能准备研
14、究 the decisions of manufacturers capacity preparing and remanufacturing, the government subsidies for remanufacturing activities,which is more in line with reality. Meanwhile, the capacity preparing is an essential aspect of preparing production and operation decisions, the growing of remanufacturin
15、g proportion makes the capacity preparing decisions more complicated, through systematic analysis of this issue, this paper also study the two-phase model which including the case of manufacturing and remanufacturing.
