1、 I 商业银行网点选址评价模型的构建及应用 以中国建设银行洛阳 X 支行为例 摘 要 随着我国金融改革的加快和利率市场化的推进,商业银行之间的竞争 越来越激烈。银行网点的分布对经营效益的作用日益凸显,在某种程度上, 营业网点选址的优劣,已成为新形势下银行取得市场竞争优势的先决条件, 商业银行网点选址评价工作是商业银行网点选址的重要环节。与国外研究 相比,我国关于银行网点选址评价的研究,存在较大差距,因此,进行商 业银行网点选址评价的研究具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。 论文以商业银行网点选址评价为研究对象,阐述了商业银行网点选址 相关理论和研究方法,在此基础上分析了影响商业银行网点选址的相关
2、因 素,依据评价指标选取的六大原则,建立了商业银行网点选址评价的指标 体系,指标体系包括经济因素、环境因素、金融环境、人口因素、交通因 素五个一级指标,以及十五个二级指标。在指标体系的基础上,构建了基 于组合权重的理想解法和灰色关联度法相结合的商业银行网点选址评价模 型。模型采用熵权法和层次分析法相结合计算评价指标的权重,理想解法 和灰色关联度法相结合计算新的相对贴近度,从而实现了对商业银行网点 备选地址的评价。 模型构建后,本文以中国建设银行洛阳 X 支行迁址为案例进行分析。 运用构建的商业银行网点选址评价模型对四个备选地址进行了评价、分析。 II 模型计算结果表明,通济街与政和路交汇处网点
3、房与最优方案的相对贴近 度最高(相对贴近度 0.59),这与通济街与政和路交汇处网点房处于商业 中心,周围社区数量多,商业、经济环境较好的实际情况相符。最后,通 过 X 支行迁址前、后经营状况的对比,验证了基于组合权重的理想解法和 灰色关联度法相结合的评价模型的科学性、合理性。同时,计算结果表明 指标体系的经济因素(权重为 0.38)和金融环境因素(权重为 0.18)在五 个一级指标中分列前两位。通过案例的分析,验证了评价模型的可行性, 从而为商业银行网点选址的评价工作提供参考。 关键词: 商业银行;熵权法;层次分析法;理想解法;灰色关联度;评价 模型 3 The Construction a
4、nd Application of the Evaluation Model of Commercial Banks Network Location Taking Luoyang X Branch of China Construction Bank as an Example Abstract : With the acceleration of Chinas financial reform process and the processing of the interest rate marketization, competition among commercial banks h
5、as become more and more intense. The role of the distribution of branches for improving the bank operational efficiency is growing. To some extent, the supervision of the site selection of banks under the new situation, is a prerequisite for commercial bank to attain a competitive advantage. And the
6、 evaluation of the bank alternative locations is important to the location determining. Compared with the foreign researches, there are relatively few in our country on the evaluation of bank alternative locations. Therefore, the research on the evaluation of the site selection of commercial banks i
7、s of great theory meaning and realistic meaning. This paper takes the evaluation of the site selection of commercial bank as the research object, and it explains the research methods and related theories of the commercial bank site selection. Based on analysis of the influencing factors of commercia
8、l bank outlets location and the six principles of evaluation index, it establishes evaluation index system of commercial bank network location. This 4 index system is consisted of 5 first grade indicators of economic factors, environmental factors, financial environment, demographic factors, traffic
9、 factors and 15 second grade indicators. According to the evaluation index system, a model of the combination of TOPSIS and GRA based on the combined weights is built. The model adopts the entropy weight and analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes, using TOPSIS and
10、GRA to calculate relative closeness coefficient, realizing the evaluation of the commercial bank alternative locations. After the model is complete, this paper analyzes the relocation case of Luoyang X branch of China Construction Bank, evaluating the four alternatives by using the evaluation model.
11、 According to the results of the evaluation, outlet in Tongji road and zhenghe road intercharge is the best(relative closeness coefficient of 0.59). This is in accordance with the fact that the outlet location in the commercial center, and numbers of communities around it, and the commercial environ
12、mental is much better than other place. Finally, by comparing the operating situation of X branch before and after relocation, the science and rationality of the evaluation model of the combination of TOPSIS and GRA based on the combined weights are verified.
