3、WANG Zhong April, 2013 社会企业双重绩效评价指标体系的构建与实证研究 2 摘 要 在过去的二十几年中,社会企业在全世界兴起并蓬勃发展。在社会使命和市 场经济的双重驱动下,社会企业以独特的创新模式解决社会问题,创造了经济和 社会价值,因而备受各界人士广泛关注。社会企业在我国内地发展较晚,且理论 研究远远落后于实践发展,绩效评价作为企业发展的核心问题,同样也是社会企 业所要重视的。社会企业同时创造经济与社会价值,其经济与社会双重绩效的评 价将有利于向社会展示其贡献,使现有和潜在的利益相关者都关注并参与社会企 业活动。因此,研究社会企业双重绩效评价指标体系的构建,对促进社会企业
4、的 健康发展具有 积极意义。 本文首先介绍了社会福利理论、内生外部性理论、社会资本理论以及平衡计 分卡理论,系统性地回顾了社会企业、绩效评价以及社会企业双重绩效评价的相 关综述,并给出了本文的社会企业概念。其次,在介绍社会企业双重价值的内涵 与创造后,阐释了其双重价值实现的博弈分析,进而从系统角度分析了社会企业 双重绩效评价各要素之间的内在逻辑。再次,在前面的理论与机理铺垫上,广泛 借鉴前辈的研究成果,以修正后的平衡计分卡的四个维度为基础,初步构建了包 含双重底线回报、顾客、内部业务流程、学习与成长四个维度的社会企业双重绩 效评价指标体系,并通过专家咨询法、指标鉴别力分析与相关性分析等统计分析
5、 方法对初设指标体系进行优化,最终形成一套较为全面的评价指标体系。 最后,本文将构建的评价指标体系进行问卷调研,并运用因子分析和 DEA 模 型对选取的 30 家社会企业进行指标体系的实证研究,根据实证结果分析样本社会 企业双重绩效,得出结论为社会企业在解决社会问题、增进社会福利方面充当重 要角色,但是其双重绩效还有待提高。通过对评价指标体系的应用,能较好地反 映社会企业双重绩效的实际情况,也验证了指标体系的合理性和科学性。 关键词:社会企业;双重绩效;指标体系;因子分析; DEA 模型 硕士学位论文 III Abstract Over the last two decades, social
6、 enterprise began to rise and flourish all over the world. Driven by both social mission and market economy, it has attracted widespread attention. Its unique innovation model to solve social problems has already created both economic and social value. The development of social enterprise began late
7、r arose in mainland and its theoretical research is far more behind practice. As the core issue related to the enterprise development, performance evaluation is a matter of problem that social enterprise should pay attention to. Considering that social enterprise creates both economic and social val
8、ue, its favorable to undertake both economic and social performance evaluation. It can not only attract the existing and potential stakeholders attention but also make them participate in social entrepreneurship. Therefore, the study on construction of evaluation index system for dual performance of
9、 social enterprise has a positive significance to promote its healthy development. Firstly, this paper introduce the theories of social welfare, endogenous externality, social capital and balanced scorecard and the concepts of social enterprise. Then the systematic reviews of social enterprise, perf
10、ormance evaluation and dual performance evaluation of social enterprise are also made. Secondly, by introducing the connotation and creation of dual performance in social enterprise, it explains the dual value realization using game analysis model and analyses the inner logic of various performance
11、evaluation elements systematically. Thirdly, based on the theories and mechanisms above, we preliminarily construct the dual performance evaluation index system consisted of four dimensions including double bottom line return, customer, internal business process, and learning & growth from scholars
12、achievements. Then we make an index system optimization with the index discrimination, the correlation analysis and other statistical analysis methods. Ultimately, we get a set of comprehensive evaluation index system. Finally, while conducting the questionnaire survey with the evaluation index syst
