1、广告公司业务员聘用合同书徐州市尚儒传媒有限公司业务员聘用合同甲方：徐州市尚儒传媒有限公司乙方：乙双方在平等自愿的原则下，订立合同如下：一、合同期限甲方愿意聘用乙方为公司业务员，合同期限自2021年月日起至2021年月日止。试用期为2021年月日起至2021年月日止。二、甲方权利和义务甲方聘用乙方开展广告活动业务。甲方有义务对乙方进行广告业务培训和指导。三、乙方权利和义务1、乙方有权在甲方受权范围内开展广告活动业务。2、乙方应严格执行甲方的各项规章制度。四、劳动报酬乙方在遵守甲方制定的考核制度和有关规定情况下，试用期底薪为1000元整含补助及全勤奖，试用期过后底薪为2000元整含补助及全勤奖。甲

2、方根据乙方的实收广告业务金额按规定比例计业务提成。详细施行办法见（徐州市尚儒传媒有限公司员工管理条例）。五、劳动合同终止处罚1、乙方有下列情况之一的，甲方能够解除合同。1违背甲方制定的广告业务守则和工作要求的；2不执行甲方业务规章制度，发生重大业务过失和损害甲方利益的；3不遵守职业道德行为和违法犯罪的；其他违背规定的行为。2、有下列情况之一的，乙方能够解除合同1甲方不能根据聘用合同之规定支付广告业务提成报酬；2甲方不履行聘用合同或违背国家法律、法规、政策，损害乙方利益的；乙方证实不能继续胜任工作的。3、任何一方解除合同必须提早四周通知对方，并办理解除合同的相关手续。六、违背劳动合同的责任1、甲
