1、模具开发合同范本,中英文版精品文档OpenMouldContractContractNo.:Date:PartyA甲方：PratyB:乙方：经过友好协商和在公平、平等的原则基础上，双方约定如下：Afterfriendlyconsultationsandproceedingonprinciplesoffairnessandequality,thePartieshaveagreedthefollowing:开模费用/Openmouldfee.二、模具开发周期及要求/WorkDay&Requirement1)模具的开发周期/MouldWorkDay首件样件完成时间/Timeoffinishingfi

2、rstproductofmold:从接到订单到首件样品完成需要30天/30daysfrombuildingtimeARO(afterreceiptoforder)tofirstPOM(productofmold)samplepour;2)模具验收/MouldInspection:模具必须符合买方的技术要求。Theproductshallcompletelyfitthetechnicalrequirements.3)由于模具的开发周期和质量问题造成甲方项目延期，乙方将赔偿甲方的一切损失。IfthePartyAprojectdelayedduetotheworkdayandthequalityof

3、themouldthePartyBshouldcompensatethePartyAorallthelosses.,相关的维修及保养等都由乙方负责。Ifthemould三、模具的维护/MoldMaintenance正常使用寿命内的模具在生产经过中发生的损坏或磨损iswithinthenormalworkinglifebutdamagedorwornduringtheproductionprocess,thePartyBshouldberesponsiblefortherelatedrepairandmaintenance.THEPartyB四、开模费用的支付/OpenmouldPaymentT

4、erms在铸件得到甲方确认后1年之内100%电汇。T.T.RemittaneewithinoneyearaftercastingapprovalbyThePartyA。精品文档五、模具所有权/Ownership模具的所有权为甲方所有,甲方享有收回和处理的权利。MouldsownershipbelongsthePartyA.PartyAenjoystherighttotakingbackanddealingwiththemold.六、其他约定/Others1)本协议受中华人民共和国的法律法规管辖，并应按照中华人民共和国的法律法规解释。Theagreementshallbegovernedby,a

5、ndinterpretedinaccordaneewith,thelawsandregulationsofthePeopleRepublicofChina.2)除非双方采用书面形式，否则对本协议的任何修正均属无效。AnyamendmentstothisagreementshallnotbevaliduniessmadebythePartiesinwriting.3)本协议一式两份，每份皆具有同等法律效力。Thisagreementismadeintwooriginalcopies,bothofwhichareequallyvalid.4)本协议在双方签订本协议之日立即生效。ThisagreementshalltakeeffectimmediatelyuponthedateofexecutionbytheParties.5)凡涉及本协议或因本协议而发生的所有争论，都应通过友好协商解决。AllthedisputesandcontroversiesofeverykindandnaturebetweenthePartiesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeagreementortheexecutionhereofshallbesettledbyfriendlynegotiationbetweentheParties.THEPartyA公司名英文：
