16、therelevantprovisionsofGanYuXianlianyungangcity.Article6rulesandregulationsandlabordiscipline(a)partyawillhave,inaccordancewithlaw,establishandperfecttherulesandregulationsoftheinformpartyb;Partyasrulesandregulationsifthereisachange,willinformpartybthroughpublicway.(2)partybhasthehandbook,knowsthela
17、wfullyformulatetherulesandregulationsandlabordiscipline,andpromisestostrictlyabideby.(3)ifpartybviolateslabordisciplineandrulesandregulations,partyamayaccordingtotherulesandregulationstogivecorrespondingprocessing,untilterminatethiscontract.Article7Laborcontracttermination,renewandchangeA:laborcontr
18、actterminate1,partyaandpartybbothsidestalksthingsoverconsistent,mayterminatethelaborcontract.2,partybputsforwardtoremovelaborcontract,shallnotifypartyainwrittenform:(1)probationadvancethreeday.(2)theprobationperiod,thelaborcontractperiod,30daysinadvance.Thereareotheragreedfromtheiragreement.3,partya

20、tionoftheprovisionsofthelawsandregulations,partybsdamage;(5)becauseofthelaborcontractlawarticle26inthecaseoftheprovisionsofthefirstparagraphofthiscontractshallbeinvalid,(6)legalandadministrativeregulationspartybmayterminatethiscontractinothercircumstances.Partyawiththeviolence,threatorillegalrestric
21、tionofpersonalfreedomtocompelthelaborpartyb,orpartyaofemployingunitsinviolationofendangeringthepersonalsafetyofpartyb,partybmayterminatethiscontractimmediately,donotneedtoinformpartyainadvance.4,partybhasthefollowingcircumstances,partyamaycancelthecontract:(1)intheprobationaryperiodbeenprovednotmeet
22、thefollowingemploycondition:Partybbyphysicalexamination,healthconditionsdonotconformtopostrequirementorconcealchronicdiseases;Partybshouldprovidefalseidentitycardorotheridcardandotherpersonalfalseinformation;Partybemploymentproceduresincomplete;Partybisnotcompetentfortheemploymentpostregulationindex
23、orappraisalunqualified;Partyahappenedrulesandregulationsandhandbookregulationsinothermayterminatethecontractsituation;(2)partyaseriousviolationofrulesandregulations;(3)seriousderelictionofduty,malpractice,whichcausesgreatdamagetopartyainterests;(4)partybatthesametimeandtheotherunitofchooseandemployp
