1、产品责任险条款01OccurrenceBasisClauseItisherebyagreedandamended：1Thisinsuranceappliesto“bodilyinjuryand/or“propertydamageresultingfromanoccurrencewhichhappensduringthepolicyperioddescribedintheschedule，onlyif:(1)Aclaimfordamagebecauseof“bodilyinjuryandor“propertydamageisfirstmadeinwritingagainsttheinsurero

2、fthisPolicybyanyinsuredbefore(areportingtimelimitnotexceed3yearsfrominceptionand(2)AnyinsureddidnotknoworcouldnothavereasonablyforeseensuchoccurrenceattheeffectivedateofthisPolicy.2.Asusedinthisendorsement：(1)“Aclaimbyapersonororganizationseekingdamagewillbedeemedtohavebeenmadewhenwrittennoticeofsuc

5、plementaypaymentsunderthepolicyarewithinthelimitsofInsLuanceshowninthedeclarationsOurrightanddutytodendceasewhenwehaveuseduptheapplicablelimitofinsuranceintheDavmentOfjudgements，seltlementsorsupplementarypaymentsOurobligationtopaythesupplementarypaymentsappliesonlyinexcessofanySelfInsuredRetentionar

6、nountsstatedintheDeclarationsSELFINSUREDRETENTION(PERCLAIM)】_Inconsiderationofthepremiumcharged，itisagreedtheLimitsofInsuranceforeachOfthecoveragesprovidedbythispolicywillapplyexcessofaUS$30,00000perclaimSelSInsuredRetentionfhereinafterreferredtoasthe“RetentionAmount)TheRetentionAmount：(I)shallapply

7、onlyto“occurrencescoveredunderthispolicyand (2)shallapplyseparatelytoeachclaimarisingoutofsuch“occurrenceand(3)shallincludeallSupplementaryPaymentofpolicyYourbankruptcy，insolvencyorinabilitytopaytheRetentionAmountshahnotincreaseOurObli。gaffonunderthispolicy2Weshallhavetherightbutnotthedutytoparticip

11、x630655552IPICCPROPERTYANDCASUALTYCOMPANYLIMITEDPage80f1404.30DaysCancellationClauseNotwithstandinganythingtothecontrarycontainedintheTermsandconditionsofthispolicy，thisinsurancemayatanytimebeterminatedattheoptionoftheCompanyon30daysnoticetothateffectbeinggiventotheinsured(ascircumstancesmayallow)in

12、whichcasetheCompanyshallbeliabletorepayondemandaratableproportionofthepremiumfortheunexpiredtermfromthedateofthecancellation.ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms，conditionsandexceptionsofthisPolicy.05BatchClauseItisagreedthatalldamagesarisingoutofonelotofgoodsorproducts，preparedoracquiredbythename

13、dinsured，orbyanothertradingunderhisname，shallbeconsideredasarisingoutofoneoccurrenceorresultingfromasingleincident,onelotofgoodsorproductsshallbeinterpretedtoincludea1lgoodsorproductssubjecttosubstantiallythesameerrorordefect.06.Warrantedthata11theinsuredproductsareinfullcompliancetorelatedmandatory

14、&orvoluntarysafetystandards&orotherapplicableregulationswheretheproductsaredistributedto07AdditionalInsuredClause-VendorsDesignatedFormNameofPersonorOrganization(Vendor)：Anyvendorisaninsured，butonlywithrespecttobodilyinjuryorpropertydamagearisingoutofthedistributionorsaleofyourproductsintheregularco

15、urseofthatvendorsbusiness.l.Theinsurancewithrespecttothevendordoesnotapplyto：(a)anyexpresswarrantyunauthorizedbythenameinsured；(b)bodilyinjuryorpropertydamagearisingoutof(i)anyphysicalorchemicalchangeintheformoftheproductmadeintentionallybythevendor,(ii)repacking，unlessunpackedsolelyforthepurposeofi

16、nspection，demonstration，testingorthesubstitutionofpartsunderinstructionfromthemanufacturerandthenrepackedintheoriginalcontainer,(iii)demonstration，installation，servicingorrepairoperations，exceptsuchoperationsperformedatthevendorspremisesinconnectionwiththesaleoftheproduct,(iv)anyfailuretomakesuchins

17、pection，adjustments，testsorservicingasthevendorhasagreedtomakeofnormallyundertakestomadeintheusualcourseofbusiness，inconnectionwiththedistributionorsaleoftheproducts；(v)productswhichafterdistributionorsalebytheNamedInsuredhavebeenlabeledorrelabeledorusedasacontainer，partoringredientofanyotherthingor

18、substancebyorforthevendor.2Theinsurancedoesnotapplytoanypersonororganization，asinsured，fromwhomtheNamedInsuredhasacquiredsuchproductsoranyingredient，partorcontainer，enteringinto，accompanyingorcontainingsuchproducts.Allothertermsandconditionsremainunchanged.08.Amymisrepresentationbytheproposedinsured,includingunder-declarationofactualsalesmaybeappliedascauseforpolicycontractrescissionorcancellation
