2、cttopaythelowestpriceforthehighestreliability,butdontconsiderthatitsself-contradictoryintheco-existenceofeconomyandreliable.Toimprovethereliabilityofthepowersupplynetwork,wemustincreasetheinvestmentcostofthenetworkconstructionBut,ifthecostthatimprovethereliabilityofthenetworkconstruction,buttheinves

3、tmentonthiskindofconstructionwouldbeworthlessifthereducinglossisonthepower-offislessthantheincreasinginvestmentonimprovingthereliability.Thuswefindoutabalancepointtomakethemosteconomic,betweentheinvestmentandthelossbycalculatingtheinvestmentonpowernetandthelossbroughtfrompower-off.KEYWORDS:powersupp

5、nformationtechniqueandelectricpowertechnique,togreatex-tent,hasimprovedreliabilityonelectricqualityandelectricsupply.Thetechnicaldevelopmentdecreasesthecostonelectricconstructionanddrivesinnovationofelectricnetwork.Onthebasisofnationalandinternatio-naladvancedelectricknowledge,thedissertationintrodu

6、cestheresearchhotspotforpresentelectricpowersy-etemasfollowing.Firstly,Thisdissertationintroducesthebuildingconditionofdistributionautomation(DA),andbringsforwardtwotypicalconstructionmodesonDAconstruction,integrativemodeandfissionmode.ItemphasizetheDAstructureundertheconditionofthefissionmodeandpre

7、sentsthesystemconfiguration,themainstationscheme,thefeederscheme,theoptimizedcommunicationschemeetc.,whichisforDAresearchreference.Secondly,asforthe(DA)troublemeasurement,position,isolationandresume,Thisdissertationanalyzesthechangesofpressureandcurrentforlineproblem,getsmathequationbyeducingphasesh

8、ortcircuitandproblempositionundertheconditionofsingle-phaseandworksoutequationandseveralparametersU&,sI&andeI&tableonproblem.Itbringsoutoptimizedisolationandresumeplan,realizesautoisolationandnetworkreconstruction,reducesthepoweroffrangeandtimeandimprovesthereliabilityofelectricpowersupplythroughpro

9、blemself-diagnosesandself-analysis.Italsointroducessoftwareflowanduseforproblemjudgementandsetsamodelonnetworkreconstructionandcomputerflow.Thirdly,electricitysystemstateisestimatedtobeoneofthekeytechniquesinDArealization.Thedissertationrecommendstheresolventofbadmeasurementdataandstructuremistakeon

10、thegroundofdescribingstateestimateway.Italsoadvancesapracticaltestandjudgingwayontopologymistakeinstateestimateaboutbaddatatestandabnormityinstateestimateaswellastheproblemandeffectonbaddatafromstatemeasuretostateestimate.Asforrealtimemonitorandcontrolproblem,thedissertationintroducesanewwaytosolvet

11、hembyelectricitybreakandexceptionalanalysis,andthewayhasbeentestedinWeifangDA.Fourthly,aboutthedifficultyforbuildingthemodelofloadforecasting,bigparameterscatterlimitandsomethingconcerned,thedissertationintroducessomeparameters,eg.weatherfactor,datetypeandsocialenvironmenteffectbasedonanalysisofrout

12、ineloadforecastingandmeans.Itpresentsthewayforelectricityloadforecastingfoundedonneuralnetwork(ANN),whichhasbeentesteditsvaliditybyexampleandmadetobegoodpracticaleffect.Fifthly,concerningthelackofconcordantwaveonpreventingconcordantwaveandnon-powercompensationandnon-continuityoncompensation,thereisa
