3、magneticmaterialareneverrelatedwithanypatent,directlyopentothepublic,researchers.However,sincethen,noneofnewstudiesoradisclosurecanbepublished,unlessofapplyingforapatenttotherelevantorganization.1983SumitomoCorporationofJapanareaheadofapplyingtoJapan,Europe,theUnitedStatesdrewonNdFeBcompositionpaten

4、tapplications,followedbytheU.S.GeneralMotorsCorporation(Magnequench).Finally,JapanhasmadeapatentinEuropeandJapan,GeneralMotorshasmadeintheUnitedStatespatents.ItsnotonlyamajoreventintheindustryforthetwocompaniesobtainingthepatentonthecompositionofNdFeB,butalsochangedthepatternofNdFeBindustry.Afterthe

5、n,anyotherNdFeBenterprisescannotaccesstotheaboveneodymiummagnetmarketwithoutthetwocompaniespermission.CurrentlyonlyeightcompaniesinChinaareauthorizedforthepatent,consistsofZhongKeSanHuan,Yunsheng,AdvancedTechnology,Beijingmagnetic,silverNaJinke,ZhenhaiMagnets,AnhuiearthpandaandNingboJinjiStrongMagne

6、ticmaterialCo.,Ltd.TheZhenhaimagnetics,AnhuiEarthPandaNewMaterialCo.andNingboJinjiStrongMagneticMaterialCo.,Ltd.achievedpatentswithHitachiMetalsreconciliationinMay2021.Ithasbeen30yearsofdevelopmenttoformacompleteindustrialchainforChinaNdFeBindustry.ButforotherhundredsofNdFeBenterprises,theyareextremelyhamperedtoexportbecauseofnon-authority.Atpresent,morethanadozenmedium-sizedenterprisesofChinaRareEarthNdFeBarepreparingjointlytotheUnitedStatesforsuingJapansHitachiMetalsNdFeBpatentonunreasonabledominateinordertoobtaintherighttothemarket.
