6、ernegativelychargedicepelletsarelefttoconcentrateinthecenter.Thisprocessexplainswhythetopofthecloudbecomespositivelycharged,whilethecenterbecomesnegativelycharged.Thenegativelychargedregionislarge:severalhundredmetersthickandseveralkilometersindiameter.Belowthislarge,cold,negativelychargedregion,the
