3、农 村幼儿 园转岗教 师职业 适应的叙 事研究 来自陕 西省 L 县 4 名教 师的转岗 故事 摘 要 我 国 学 前 教 育 事 业 发 展 迅 速 ， 幼 儿 园 建 设 较 多 ， 幼 儿 入 园 人 数 增 长 较 快 ， 对 幼 儿 教 师 的 需 求 也 急 速 扩 张 ， 虽 然 幼 儿 教 师 的 数 量 在 不 断 增 长 ， 但 我 国 幼 儿 教 师 的 缺 口 仍 然 较 大 。 为 解 决 我 国 农 村 地 区 幼 儿 教 师 师 资 匮 乏 的 问 题 ， 一 些 中 小 学 教 师 纷 纷 转 入 到 农 村 幼 儿 园 工 作 ， 农 村 幼 儿 园 转 岗

4、教 师 已 成 为 我 国 幼 儿 教 师 队 伍 的 重 要 组 成 部 分 ， 农 村 幼 儿 园 转 岗 教 师 的 的 职 业 适 应 问 题 直 接 影 响 农 村 幼 儿 园 转 岗 教 师 的 质 量 ， 从 而 制 约 着 农 村 学 前 教 育 事 业 的 质 量 和 发 展 。 因 此 ， 关 注 农 村 幼 儿 园转岗教师的职业适应，有利于提高我国农村学前教育的质量。 本 研 究 采 用 叙 事 研 究 法 ， 在 自 然 情 境 下 ， 以 四 名 农 村 幼 儿 园 转 岗 教 师 为 研 究 对 象 ， 对 其 进 行 细 致 的 观 察 和 了 解 ， 描 述 研

5、 究 对 象 的 行 为 、 经 验 ， 并 对 其 职 业 适 应 做 具 体 的 分 析 ， 进 一 步 丰 富 和 充 实 农 村 幼 儿 园 转 岗 教 师 职 业 适 应 理 论 ， 同 时 也 给 其 他 农 村 幼 儿 园 转 岗 教 师 提 供 学 习 借 鉴 其 他 适 应 较 快 较 好 的 转 岗 的 机 会 ， 帮 助 他们提高自身的学习能力，提升自己的工作技能。 本研 究分为以下几个部分： 第 一 部 分 是 对 研 究 的 缘 由 ， 研 究 背 景 ， 以 及 研 究 对 象 的 选 择 和 研 究 的 方 法 、 研究思路、研究设计等问题进行梳理。 第 二 部

6、分 是 四 名 农 村 幼 儿 园 转 岗 教 师 职 业 适 应 故 事 的 叙 述 部 分 ， 包 括 转 岗 教 师 的 职 前 教 育 、 转 岗 前 的 职 业 经 历 、 转 岗 过 程 和 转 岗 后 的 职 业 适 应 ， 通 过 这 四 个 方面的故事叙述全景呈现农村幼儿园转岗教师职业适应的心路历程。 第 三 部 分 是 通 过 第 二 部 分 故 事 叙 述 ， 结 合 相 关 文 献 材 料 来 分 析 影 响 四 名 农 村 幼儿园转岗教师职业适应的因素 。 第 四 部 分 是 在 第 三 部 分 的 基 础 之 上 提 出 具 体 的 、 有 针 对 性 的 促 进

ABSTRACT Preschool education has developed rapidly in our country, a lot of kindergarten constructions, the rapid growth of the number of children enrolled; the demand for preschool teachers is also rapid expansion, while the number of pres

9、chool teachers is growing, but still large gap in our countrys preschool teachers. To solve the problem for preschool teachers in rural areas in our country is scarce, some primary and secondary school teachers have been transferred to work in rural kindergartens, rural teachers of kindergarten tran

10、sfers has become an important part of preschool teachers team in our country, rural teachers vocational adaptation of kindergarten transfers directly affects the quality of the rural teacher of kindergarten transfers, which restricts the rural preschool education quality and the development of the e

11、nterprise. Therefore, we must paying attention to the rural kindergarten teachers occupation transfer to improve the quality of rural preschool education in China. This research adopts the narrative method, in the natural situation, with four rural transfer kindergarten teachers as the research obje

12、ct, to observe and understand them and describes the behavior of the object of study, experience, and a specific analysis of vocational adjustment, further enrich and to enrich the rural kindergarten muddleheaded, teacher professional theory, At the same time, to provide other rural kindergarten tea
