2、用外径48mm，壁厚3.5mm，横向水平杆2200mm，其他杆6500mm，每根钢管不应大于25kg。2、钢管表面应平直光滑，不应有裂缝、结疤、分层、错位、硬弯、毛刺、压痕和深的划道。3、钢管的外径、壁厚、端面等的偏差，应分别符合建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范（JGJ130-2001）的有关规定。1.The external diameter of the steel pipe is 48mm, and thickness of pipe wall is 3.5mm. Transverse horizontal bracing shall be less than 2200mm,othe

4、he code Steel pipe scaffold safety code of building construction with the fastener（二）扣件：Fastener1、扣件采用48型。扣件的类型包括：直角扣件、旋转扣件、对接扣件、防滑扣件。2、脚手架采用的扣件，其材质应符合国家现行标准。1.Fastener adopt the type of 48,and the types include the right-angle, circumgyrate, butt joint, and slip-resistance.2.The fastener of the sca

5、ffold shall be accord the GB code.（三）脚手板：Scaffold board1、脚手板采用木质，每块质量不宜大于30kg。2、木脚手板应采用杉木或松木制作，其材质应符合国家现行标准。3、脚手板的宽度不宜小于200mm，厚度不应小于50mm，两端应各设直径4mm的镀锌铁丝绑扎两道。1.Every scaffolds quality shall be less than 30kg.2.Scaffold board shall be make of the fir or deal, and accord the GB code.3.The width of the

7、uction1、工程负责人应按施工组织设计中有关脚手架的要求，向架设和使用人员进行技术交底。2、应对所有进场材料按规范进行验收，不合格产品不得使用。3、经检验合格的构配件应按品种、规格分类、堆放整齐、平稳，堆放场地不得有积水。4、当脚手架基础下有设备基础、管沟时，必须采取加固措施。1.The project manager shall be show the regulations for technical operation on the operation worker, about scaffold in this scheme.2.All the material must be c

The place shall be no water.4.When it has equipment foundation, pipe duct under the base of scaffold, it must to be consolidation.（二）脚手架搭设的要求：Requirement of scaffold1、所搭设的脚手架要坚固、稳

9、定，保证在施工期内及各种载荷和气候条件下不产生变形，不倾斜、不摇晃，安全可靠。2、根据搭设空间，选用适宜的脚手架钢管长度。必须有足够的空间，满足操作、材料堆放及行人的要求。3、脚手架的搭设宽度根据构造要求不能小于1-1.3m，作业层大横杆间隔La/2m,小横杆间隔不能大于纵距的1/2,立杆横距不能大于1-1.3m，立杆纵距不能大于1.5-2.0m。4、K201-K202整体脚手架重大约16T,搭设面长10.3米宽4.6米高度30米,搭设时层面和作业平台连接.支撑以减少整体负荷, 施工人员上下可利用原有设施,作业平台和施工平面须使用梯子上下。1.The scaffold must be firm

The traverse distance of vertical shall be less than 1-1.3m, and longitudinal less than 1.5-2.0m

12、.4.The scaffold weight of the equipment K201-K202 is about 16T,length about 10.3m, width 4.6m, and height about 30m. When its building, the operating lay join the platform to reduce the load. The worker may be use the device, when they up and down, but on operating lay must be use the ladder.A、立杆构造要

13、求：Vertical1、脚手架必须调协纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆应用直角扣件固定在距底座上皮不大于200mm处的立杆上，横向扫地杆应用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆下方的立杆上。2、当立杆基础不在同一高度上时，必须较高处的纵向杆向低处延长，与立杆固定，高低差不应大于1m。3、立杆接长除顶层顶步可采用搭接外，其余各层各步接头必须采用对接扣件连接。1.When the scaffold build, it shall be harmonize the vertically and horizontally pipe. 15、 join each other, it must be use the butt joint fastener, but the top.B、纵向水平杆的构造要求：Longitudinal horizontal bracing1、纵向水平杆宜设置在立杆内侧，其长度不宜小于3跨。2、纵向水平杆接长宜采用对接扣件连接，也可采用搭接。3、当使用木脚手板时，纵向水平杆应作为横向水平杆的支座，用直角扣件固定在立杆上。1.Longitudinal horizontal bracing shall be inside the vertical and length shall be more than 3

16、 span.2.Longitudinal horizontal bracing may be use the butt joint or lap joint with the fastener.3.When use the scaffold board, longitudinal horizontal bracing is the base of the transverse horizontal bracing, and fix the vertical with the right-angle fastener.C、横向水平杆的构造要求：Transverse horizontal brac

17、ing1、主节点处必须设置一根横向水平杆，用直角扣件扣紧且严禁拆除。2、主节点处两个直角扣件的中心距不应大于150mm。3、作业层上非主节点处的横向水平杆，宜根据支承脚手板的需要等间距设置，最大间距不应大于纵距的1/2。1.The central node must be set one transverse horizontal bracing and forbid backout.2.The two right-angle fastener of the central node shall be less than 150mm each other.3.The transverse ho

18、rizontal bracing of the other node on the operating lay which is not the central, shall be set base on needs, and the max distance shall be less than 1/2 of the longitudinal.D、脚手板的设置：Scaffold board laying1、作业层的脚手板应铺满、铺稳。2、脚手板应设置在三根横向水平杆上。当脚手板的长度小于2m时，可采用两根横向水平杆支承，但应将脚手板两端与其可靠固定，严防倾翻。3、脚手板可采用对接平铺或搭接铺

19、设。4、作业层上端部脚手板探头长度应取150mm，其板长度两端均应与支承杆可靠固定，可用直径3.2mm的镀锌铁丝固定在支承杆杆上。1.The scaffold board of the operating lay shall be pave the all and fixedness.2.The scaffold board shall be lay on three transverse horizontal bracing, when length less than 2m, it may be use the two, but must fix on the ends.3.The sca

20、ffold board may be butt joint or lap joint.4.The ends of the scaffold board on the operating lay shall be overstep about 150mm and fix it on the knighthead with the 3.2mm galvanized wire.E、剪刀撑：X-bracing1、脚手架的两端、转角处及每隔5-7个立杆必须设剪刀撑，并由底至顶连续设置，斜杆与地面的夹角为45-60，中间各道剪刀撑之间的净距不应大于15mm。2、剪刀撑斜杆的接长宜采用搭接。1.The sc

Each X-bracing distance shall be less than 15mm.2.The distance of X-bracing shall be use the lap joint.F、扣件：Fastener1、扣件规格必须与钢管外径相同。2、对接扣件开口应向上或向内。

22、3、各杆件端头伸出扣件盖板边缘的长度不应小于100mm。1.The spec of fastener must be same as the external diameter of pipe.2.The open of butt joint fastener shall be up or entad.3.The length shall be more than 100mm, which overstep the fastener on the ends of pipe.（三）脚手架的使用：Requirement of use the scaffold1、没有经过验收的脚手架一律严禁使用。2

23、、脚手架使用前，必须认真检查脚手架是否完好、牢固，如有异常应立即提出整改，合格后方能使用。3、应定期检查安全防护措施是否符合要求，扣件螺栓是否松动及是否超载等。1.The scaffold must be check and acceptance.2.Before use the scaffold, it must to checked. If it has abnormity, it must to refit.3.It must check the means of safety termly, and must be up to the mustard.（四）脚手架的拆除：Demolit

24、ion the scaffold1、应根据现场情况及业主要求，及时进行脚手架的拆除工作。2、脚手架拆除前，应清除脚手架上杂物及地面障碍物。3、拆除作业应由上而下逐层进行，严禁上下同时作业。4、拆下的脚手架材料应及时运走，不乱堆乱放。5、拆除后，应及时对现场清理，保持场地清洁。1.It shall be dismantle the scaffold in time, by the requirement of the owner and case of the locale.2.Before dismantle the scaffold, it must be clean the sundrie

25、s on scaffold and the abattis on the ground.3.Dismantle the scaffold shall be from up to down. Prohibit labour at one time.4.The material which is dismantle shall be carry out in time.5.After finish, it shall be clean the locale in time, keep up the cleanness.五、注意事项：Notice proceeding1、安装钢脚手架时，禁止使用弯曲

26、、压扁或有裂缝的钢管，连接部分要完整无损，以防倾倒或移动。2、钢脚手架的立杆，必须垂直稳放在垫木的钢板上，在安置垫木前要将地面夯实、整平，并采取防滑措施。3、搭设脚手架人员必须按规定穿戴好防护用品。4、安全网应按有关规定搭设和拆除。5、在脚手架使用期间，禁止拆除主节点处纵、横向水平杆和纵、横向扫地杆。6、搭拆脚手架时，地面应设围栏和警戒标志，并派专人看守，严禁非操作人员入内。1.When build the scaffold, that pipe which has bend, bruising or crack, is prohibit to use.
