In order to bridge communication with one of our cooperated school in Australia, my high school just invited a team of Australian teachers to teach us how to learn English. 3、ass, the teacher just showed a picture of our mother nature and asked students to describe our own feeling about such harmonious system. Because of being nervous and afraid of making mistakes, no student was willing to open their mouth. Then the teacher asked one to use black-color pen to smear the

4、original painting and said whether these winding black zigzag lines like sewage or garbage. Then to my surprise, we began to talk about our ideas about this painting. During the whole discussion, the teacher never denied anyones answer or pointed out grammar mistakes but used constant questions to i

Afterwards, he divided the whole class into six groups and required each group to select a represent to collect all teammates ideas and make a summary about the threats posed by human beings. In the end, he made comments on every groups discussion and told us the main purpos

18、的口语比一般非英语专业的学生好。缘由总结为以下三点，供大家借鉴： 1)高校时的大量练习。由于笔者是学校英语协会的会长，每周都要为会员组织英语活动，等于变相地在当老师。 后来在英国读教化心理学才发觉能达到最好效果的学习方式，就是learning by teaching others(教会别人)。许多老师英语不错，一是底子好，二是始终不断在用，不断在想方法教会别人，所以自然就保持得好。 2)口语练习是从可以蹦词、到蹦短语、再到蹦句子，这样一个从简洁到困难的过程，和婴儿学习语言并无两样。 能看懂的是被动学问，用说出来的才是语言实力。我们中国的语言教学最大的问题就是把语言学问等同于语言实力了。语言学问

19、是语言实力的基础，但不是自动等于实力。就好比，你读了10本游泳的学术著作，你对游泳的学问已经很丰富了，但你不下水，不去游，你还是一点也不具备游泳的实力。这种状况下掉下水，即便你学富五车，一样会被淹死。 3)在缺乏真实语言环境的境况下，外语口语实力的保持要靠每天的听力练习。语言的学习听力要先行。你能听懂心里至少不慌。听的多了，自然就能下意识的讲出来，讲不出来，就是听的还不够多。你能不能说出，是(yes)和不(no)?当然可以。其他不行，是因为练习的量不到位。所以要练就一口美丽的口语就是这样，要坚持。 语言是否地道除了表面的语音语调问题其实更深层的问题是思维的问题。思维的问题是最根本的。常常有雅思

20、索生问，范老师，每次我说英语的时候脑袋里总是先想中文，然后再把中文转化成英语，回答时总是很慢，这是我学习方法的错误还是由于不娴熟? 我回复说用英语思维是学习英语最高境界。一门语言你假如习得胜利了，那么用一个成语来讲就是“得意忘形”。得到了语言的意思，遗忘了语言的形态。这位同学讲英语的时候脑子里还要过中文，然后解码成英文，说明对英语这门语言，还没有习得胜利，还在学习之中。 那么怎样习得?有没有灵丹妙药? 捷径真的没有。语言从学习(learning)到习得(acquisition/acquired)中间的这个过程很长。假如是母语也许须要12-24个月，也就是2岁。在这24个月里面，你也许一共要主动
