In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have

4、low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative. In contrast， foreign enterprises tend to welcome employees who have the ability to make decisions on their own， though the extent to which this is true depends on whether the supervisor is a local Chinese

5、 or an expatriate. 12、料和考试成果即可。因为出国留学属于我国的特别行业，正规的留学中介需有留学资质，并在教化部备案才可以经营出国留学事务，所以学生在选择留学中介时肯定要合作留学资质。 国内高校留学项目 高校留学项目是指国内高校内开办的一些出国留学项目，学生会先在国内上1-3年的国内课程，再到国外完成其余课程，最终获得国内外的学位证书。高校开办的出国留学项目一般分为，国内一年的出国留学行前课程、国内两年的转学分课程和国内三年的HND留学项目，还有一些基于这三个项目基础上的学位延长项目等。学生在选择国内高校留学项目时，要留意这些项目是否经过学校认可同意立项，学校的办学阅历以及最终学位是否可以获得回国认证等。 国际交换生项目 国际交换生项目是我国最早的出国留学途径，该项目是由国内外主管教化的部门开展的国际教化沟通项目，办理的签证为学术沟通签证，留学时间为1年，留学的学校多为各国公立高校，一般学生没有择校的权利，全部的留学支配均有各国教化部门统一支配，留学费用是全部留学途径中最少的，平安上也是最有保障的，但是对学生的要求很高，学生必需是国家认可的优秀生，衡量标准因学生选择的不同国家而定，不完全统一。因为交换生项目只有1年的时间，假如学生想接着留在国外学习，可以办理转签证手续，将学术签证转签为留学生签证，但是部分国家须要学生转学到私立学校就读。 2021年个人出国留学英文申请书范本
