One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or h

3、er boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their in

4、nate ability to take the initiative. In contrast， foreign enterprises tend to welcome employees who have the ability to make decisions on their own， though the extent to which this is true depends on whether the supervisor is a local Chinese or an expatriate. 11、或中学毕业学生，必需先入读新西兰预科课程(课程时长约7-18个月不等)，完成预科课程并满意肯定的条件后才能进入新西兰高校本科阶段学习。 2.对于已经完成高校一年级或者国内正规大专大二课程的学生，则可免去预科课程，干脆就读新西兰高校本科一年级。 语言条件 1.新西兰留学本科的英语要求因专业不同而不同，如商科、文科、工程、建筑、自然科学等专业的雅思要求为6.0，护理等专业的雅思要求为6.5，教化等专业的雅思要求为7。 2.没有达到雅思要求的同学可以先去高校下属的语言学院进行语言培训，满意要求后再入读本科主课。 新西兰的留学费用 新西兰的学费分为三个档次：国立高校最贵，国立理工中档，私立高校最便宜。
