In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low o

4、perating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative. In contrast， foreign enterprises tend to welcome employees who have the ability to make decisions on their own， though the extent to which this is true depends on whether the supervisor is a local Chinese or a

5、n expatriate. 11、元。不须要面试的托福也将和雅思索试形式一样。 院校申请：国外相当多的高校须要收申请人的院校申请费，收了这笔钱后，高校才会对申请人的材料进行评审和评估。因为须要耗费它的人力，这笔钱多少不等，平均下来每所也有100美元左右。 邮寄费：把材料邮寄到学校还要花邮寄费，每份特快专递费200元，仅5个专递费就是1000元。 二、中期费用 保险费：拿到签证以后，往往须要买保险。各国保险不一样，如英国的保险和学费打包，不须要额外买。美国、澳大利亚、加拿大则须要先交保险费，健康、医疗等加起来差不多在400-500美元之间/年。 生活必用品：常备药品、学习用品、厨具如电饭煲之类需2000元左右;行李不能超重，否则

13、身份证交给机场值机人员即可。办理完登机手续后，值机人员会将机票的旅客联、登机牌、行李票，护照，身份证退回给你。 2、行李托运 留学生大多都有许多的行李，在办理登记手续的同时，就可以办理托运手续。结束后，会给你一张行李票。但是，随机托运行李的重量和尺寸都有限制，依据航空公司不同，所规定的免费托运重量限制也有所不同。 3、过安检 到达安检通道后，通道口会有安检柜台，将机票的旅客联、登机牌、身份证交给安检员，安检员审核没问题会在登机牌上面盖章。然后过安检门，随身带的物品要从安检门旁的X光安检机过去(不能携带的物品)，学生自己要从安检门通过。安检没问题的话就可进候机厅候机。 4、候机时留意听广播 通过

14、安检后，据登机牌上标明的航班查找登机口，并找到与登机口对应的候机厅，一般状况下，几号登机口就在几号候机厅候机。找到候机厅就在那里休息，等广播通知登机。记得肯定要记得留意听广播。 5、登机跟着人群走 听到登机广播后，在登机口会有服务人员撕登机牌，到登机口将登机牌交服务人员，服务人员将登机牌撕一小块，其他部分交回给你(假如是学生票，可能须要出示学生签证)，持登机牌跟着人群上飞机。留意：上飞机后记得关掉手机 登机牌上标明有位置，如：5D、11C什么的，数字代表第几排，每排的座位是按A、B、C、D、E、F。排的，飞机上的座位号标在放行李的舱壁(座位上方)。找到自己的位置坐下，扣上平安带，同时留意起飞前关掉手机。在飞机上，须要填写服务员供应的入境登记卡及海关申报单。 2022出国留学申请书信如何写
