1、商务英语口语：接待来访该如何做1.商务建议 热忱周到地接待来访客户，会给初次会面的客户留下良好的第一印象，从而顺当开启双方合作的大门。通常，接待人员会遇到两种客户：预约到访的客户(clients with an appointment)和无约造访的客户(clients without an appointment)。 may i help you?(我可以为你效劳吗?)通常是招呼客户的第一句话，进而以do you have an appointment?(您预约了吗?)来确认进一步的接触。 2.商务英语情景对话 (1)receiving clients with an appointment
