25、服务1乙方应至少有一专职人员负责甲方产品的售后服务，并有实力进行简洁修理及判定客户申诉/调换货物是否合理;甲方承诺由售出之日起“一个月包换，一年内免费保修”，全部保修服务根据处理。2乙方在担当甲方产品代理时，有销售与甲方同一类型的产品需与甲方协商。3乙方确定为甲方代理，乙方可以拓展自己的销售范围，。并能严格执行甲方公司规定的价格体系，监督其他代理商串货及不执行价格体系销售的行为。4甲方在已确立独家代理商区域内，不再确立其次家代理商。5在市场及产品材料价格改变而引致产品调价时，甲方第一时间通知乙方并妥当处理价格体系。6甲方保证乙方的利益/权益，对代理商的违约行为:不按价格体系及总代理区域销售等进
