Method: The first part is about analyzing of 2013 to 2015 in Uyghur medical hospital of XinJiang Uyghur autonomous region dermatology hospitalized more tha

15、n 15 days 783 cases of vitiligo patients medical records were reviewed research, the survey data were analyzed after finishing verification. The second part of the 200 cases, 2015 January to 2015 December dermatology inpatient hospital diagnosed astringency phlegmatic vitiligo patients to study the

16、object, according to the general purpose of the study is asked to register, and then by the patient or healthy to fill out SCL-90, VQOLS checklist to vitiligo patients were divided into Psychosomatic groups and non Psychosomatic group, information and statistics professionals quantify the statistica

17、l analysis by multiple perspectives on Psychosomatic group and nonPsychosomatic group astringency phlegmatic vitiligo patients and normal control group counts and statistical analysis of measurement data and serum 5-HT, MT levels in relationships. Result: By the first part of the investigation regre

18、ssion found that: (1) the medical syndrome in Uyghur sour phlegmatic vitiligo patients parting least 11 cases (1.3%), most appear astringency is phlegmatic vitiligo patients 464 cases (59.3%) . (2) causes the vast degree and eating habits 288 cases (36.8%) and mental factors 215 cases (27.4%) relate

(3) Psychosomatic group of patients with vitiligo interpersonal sensitivit

22、y, depression, anxiety, hostility, psychosis and other factors have a significant difference, P0.05, where interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and other factors have a significant psychosomatic group than the non-vitiligo patients and the control group difference, P0.01. After the collect

23、ion of statistics from VQOLS score showed: psychosomatic patients with vitiligo group than non-emotional factor affected psychosomatic patients have significant difference, P0.05. After laboratory treatment group and non Psychosomatic Psychosomatic group astringent quality of mucus in patients with

24、vitiligo serum 5-HT, MT levels found Psychosomatic group and non- Psychosomatic group astringent quality vitiligo patients mucus serum 5-HT, MT levels significantly the difference compared with the control group, P0.01, statistically significant. Conclusion: Through the previous 783 cases regression
