3、y is relatively dense and its management environment is relatively open. Students aged from 18 to 24 are in a sensitive rebellious impulsive imbalance period of psychosomatic development, which determines the college is a place for the crisis prone of various groups, to some extent. In recent years,

4、 the number of colleges students are increasing with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in China, but the number of management staff are relatively decreased, so the difficulty of students management is increased accordingly, which also increases the probability of campus crisis.

5、Among the various kinds of campus crisis, college students who grow up with their parents, with a certain degree of dependence, lack of self awareness are very easy to produce psychological stress reaction. When they are facing to the unexpected accidents on campus, they will result in a serial of p

6、sychological reactions easily, which will have the extremely disadvantageous influence on prevention and control, and even cause severe influence on social stability. This will greatly hinder colleges and universities from carrying out the prevention and control work, which will even do great harmfu

7、l to the whole society. Therefore, reinforcing the crisis management of colleges and universities are very important. It is especially critical that colleges and universities establish psychological stress intervention system, which will ensure the security of students and teachers in colleges, and
