1、 硕士专业学位论文 论文题目 心理咨询专长的研究 研究生姓名 张 磊 指导教师姓名 杨翠蓉 专业名称 应用心理硕士 研究方向 发展与教育心理学 论文提交日期 2015年5月 心理咨询专长的研究 中文摘要 I心理咨询专长的研究 中文摘要 我国目前心理咨询师存在理论与实践脱节，培训缺乏足够的实践培训机会，即使有一定的实践培训机会，但由于缺乏有效的督导制度，导致他们难以有效进行心理咨询来解决来访者问题。当前心理咨询师队伍中还有一些心理学专业的高校教师（非心理咨询方向），他们在心理咨询过程中表现出何种领域知识与技能，另外能否有效解决来访者问题。针对上述问题，本研究运用专长研究范式，选取心理咨询新手、熟

2、手、理论专家和实践专家，对他们的领域专业知识与技能，以及他们心理咨询中的推理与决策过程进行探究，为我国心理咨询师培训提供理论指导和实践依据。 本文包括两个研究。研究一比较心理咨询新手、熟手、理论专家和实践专家在咨询案例中知识运用差异，以明了心理咨询领域中知识打包过程和打包知识的特点。研究一得出结论： (1)理论专家由于无心理咨询的经验，所以其知识不存在打包。（ 2）新手、熟手、理论专家和实践专家差异，心理咨询领域是存在知识打包过程，其中实践专家更为丰富的打包知识。 本研究结果证实了李同吉研究支持其 “知识打包” 假设。 研究二本研究比较心理咨询新手、 熟手、 理论专家和实践专家心理咨询出声思维

3、，以明了不同心理咨询专长水平被试在心理咨询领域中认知特点， 其研究结果表明实践专家诊断推理和其他三类比较，实践专家诊断推理内容更为丰富具体，并且推理信息正确频数显著高于新手、熟手、理论专家，这为以后心理咨询培训老师的选取有很好的理论依据。 关键词：打包知识 心理咨询专长 推理与决策过程 出声思维 作 者：张 磊 指导老师：杨翠蓉 英文摘要 心理咨询专长的研究 IIThe study on psychological counseling skills Abstract Nowadays ,The phenomenon that the theory and the practice is un

4、coordinated among the Chinese counselors .And there are lack of adequate opportunities of practical training , even if there are some practical training opportunities. Due to lack of effective supervision system, it causes that it is difficult to solve the psychological problem effectively in order

5、to help the counseling visitors. There are some psychology professional teachers among the Psychologists. (Non psychological counseling), What Knowledge and skills they can show in the process of psychological counseling, and whether they can solve the problem of visitors effectively. To solve these

6、 problems , this research use the expertise research paradigm,select Psychological consultation beginner, proficient,practice and theory expert. To study their professional knowledge and skills, inference and the process of making policy at the psychological counseling. My purpose is to provide theo

7、retical guidance and practical evidence for Chinese counselor training This paper includes two studies. The research one is a study that compares consultation beginner, proficient,practice and theory expert at the differences of the knowledge utilization of consulting case.It can know that the proce

8、ss of knowledge packaging and the feature of packaging Knowledge.Study one makes a conclusion:(1) Because theoretical expert has no experience, the knowledge package does not exist. (2) Beginner, proficient,practice and theory expert exist difference.The field of Psychology counseling exist the proc

17、法的科学，是应用心理学的一个重要分支。 心理咨询在英文中被称为“咨询”（counseling），有译作“心理辅导”。它是一个涵盖非常广的概念，涉及职业指导、教育辅导、心理健康咨询、婚姻家庭咨询等诸多方面。心理咨询的发展历史虽有近百年，但至今有关心理咨询的内涵与外延仍旧众说纷纭。 没有哪一种已知定义得到专业工作者的公认，也没有哪一种定义能简洁、明了地反映出心理咨询工作的丰富内涵。 各种解释往往随着咨询理论流派及职业特点等的不同而有很大差异。乐国安（2002）归纳国外一些有代表性的观点，他将心理咨询定义为咨询者运用心理学的有关理论与方法，通过特殊的人际关系，帮助来访者解决心理问题，增进心身健康，提

18、高适应能力，促进个性发展与潜能发挥。 心理咨询业从 20 世纪初美国 “指导运动” 后发起， 1908 年， 帕森斯 （ Talcott Parsons）出版了选择职业一书，试图帮助人们解决面临的困难，这是最早的职业指导书籍之一， 标志着职业指导运动兴起。 标志这一阶段心理咨询主要任务是进行职业指导 （于鲁文， 2000）。 20 世纪四五十年代，指导运动在心理 学领域向当代咨询开始转变，其中 Carl Rogers 起了重要作用，他通过使用心理学眼光去分析咨访关系和咨询的全过程，让咨询成为了一个科学研究性强的实践学科。 1942 年， Carl Rogers 出版了咨询与心理治疗 (Counseling and Psychotherapy) 书，书中阐述了 “以求助者为中心”的咨询理论，成为对心理咨询实践影响最大的理论。 Carl Rogers 提出了 “以求助者为核心”的咨询模式和“不指导” (non directive)的咨询原则。他把心理咨询的关键点转移到求助者当事人身上， Carl Rogers 对心理咨询的发展都产生了里程碑式的影响。这一时期强调了心理咨询重点在来访者身上（于鲁文， 2000）。 20 世纪 70 年代，美国心理咨询得到迅速发展，社区心理健康中心、康复治疗中心、就业帮助等部门开始聘用心理咨询工作者，促进了心理咨询在教育系统以外的迅
