3、时间管理方式,除了行为上的延迟,它还表现出一系列的认知、情绪及角色方面的冲突。拖延是一种心理状态,是指个体由于自身不必要的原因推迟完成任务,从而导致内心抑郁不适的行为。拖延的反面是自我效能。自我效能是对自己具有成功完成某一特定学习任务的能力判断,反映的是人们对自己能否取得所期待结果的一种信念。本研究在积极心理学理论成果的指导下,探讨探索大学生拖延行为与学习投入和自我效能的关系,旨在为大学生有效地进行自我管理提供参数和指导,并提出相应的积极心理健康教育策略与工作建议。研究采用文献法,以前人相关研究成果为本研究的理论依据。使用问卷调查法调查了西安高校500多名学生,经过SPSS统计分析、AMOS结
4、构建模和论证讨论,得出了如下四条结论:(1)学习投入因素(活力、奉献、专注)对其学习效能四变量(学习成效、学习态度、学习能力和人际促进)产生多向积极作用。其中,学习投入的活力和奉献因素对学习效能的积极影响最大。(2)拖延动机三因素(期望、价值、时间)对其学习效能四变量(学习成效、学习态度、学习能力和人际促进)中:期望越高,拖延行为越少,故学习效能越高;但拖延的价值和时间因素降低学习效能。(3)在学习投入与学习效能之间,拖延动机产生显著负性调节效应,但自我效能产生显著正性调节效应。(4)根据上述结论,建议大学生需加强自我监控及时调整学习策略,通过自我心理干预应对和纠正拖延行为。本研究还存在不足,
