1、汽车空气滤清器入口位置与形状对流动特性的影响研究作者 陆曙光 周雪(哈尔滨工业大学汽车工程学院,威海,264209空气滤清器是内燃机的重要部件,其性能直接影响内燃机的可靠性和使用寿命。本课题针对夏利牌TJ7101轿车用空气滤清器建立数学模型,采用适用性较强的标准k-双方程紊流计算模型,对空气滤清器内部气相三维粘性流动进行了数值模拟,速度和压力的耦合关系采用SIMPLE算法。在流场计算的基础上,利用压力、速度矢量分布图来其显示其内部流场。本课题详细分析了入口位置、入口形状结构参数对空气滤清器内流动性能的影响,得到了各种影响因素下的速度场和压力场分布情况。通过对比分析可知,入口位置对空气滤清器的流
2、动均匀性有明显的影响,将其放置于下壳体短边侧面且偏离中心0.01m处时,空气滤清器内的压力损失变小,速度分布也变得均匀对称,且在出口处的流速变得更大,这样的布置更加符合发动机的进气要求,所以合理设计入口形状可明显减小空气滤清器内的流动的能量损失。综合考虑以上因素,得出入口位置在下壳体短边侧面且偏离中心0.01m处,入口管为斜直管且与底面成30夹角空气滤清器的入口位置与形状为最佳。空气滤清器;FLUENT;入口位置与形状;数值模拟;The influence ofentrance position and shape in auto air filter Author lushuguangSch

4、erformance of air filters are introduced, the characteristics of air filters in this study are overviewed, the performance and the flow factors to affect dry air filters are analyzed.Second, the continuity equation, the momentum equation, and the standard k- two equation model are used to build the
5、air filter flow theoretical model, the flow air is supposed as three-dimensional turbulence fluid, and the heat transference between the wall of the filter and air is not considered, the FVM is adopted for convection diffusion equation, and SIMPLE algorithm is used to calculate the coupling of press
6、ure and velocity. The basic principles of the numerical simulation software FLUENT and the simulation steps are introduced briefly.Finally, the GAMBIT of FLUENT is used to construct the computing grid of fine filter directly. The porosity, the convergence criteria and the boundary condition paramete
7、rs are set, the flow field is simulated, and the results are analyzed.The results show that the flow of air in the chamber of the nether shell of the original model of air filter is not reasonable, with asymmetric working faces, for which high pressure drop and serious losses of energy are produced.
