3、 本文以保定市高级技工学校心理健康教育管理现状作为研究对象。通过对该校心理健康教育管理工作的实地调研，就该校如何做好心理健康教育工作提出了建设性意见。该研究对相关高专、职校的心理健康教育管理工作亦有一定的启迪意义。 本文主要分为四个部分，在对学校基本状况概述的基础上，开展问卷调查和访谈，并对调查结果进行统计分析，之后在明确现存问题的基础上，最终针对问题提出有效的对策并构建了针对保定市高级技工学校心理健康教育管理工作的新型管理模式。本文主要运用问卷分析法、调查访谈法以及文献法，对保定市高级技工学校的心理健康教育管理工作进行了问卷测评，通过对领导重视度、师资分配比例、活动场地与设施配备、教育过程、

4、心理健康教育质量的调查分析，揭示该校心理健康教育管理工作的现状。同时基于对学校领导层面、师资配比层面、场地和设施层面、教学过程层面、教学质量层面现状的了解，提出具有创新性、实效性的改进策略，以期构建保定市高级技工学校新型心理健康教育管理模式。 本文的创新点是：以调查问卷的方式，对保定市高级技工学校心理健康教育管理工作的现状和工作现状进行了细致、深入的调查，通过问卷调查和访谈得出科学的、客观的，具体实效性研究对策，将新型心理健康教育管理模式运用于实际工作中，促进保定市高级技工学校以及相关院校心理健康教育向更高、更远发展。 关键词 心理健康教育管理 中等职业学校 管理模式Abstract IIAb

5、stract Taking the current situation of mental health education management in Baoding Senior Technician School as an object of study， this paper puts forward personal constructive opinion on how to manage mental health education work in this school by investigating the situation of education manageme

6、nt work.The study also has certain enlightenment significance to mental health education management in colleges and vocational schools. This paper is mainly divided into four parts. On the basis of the basic situation of school, it carries out questionnaire survey and interview, and then makes the s

7、tatistical analysis of the results of the survey. After knowing about the existing problems clearly, the paper puts forward effective countermeasures and builds the new management mode aiming at mental health education management in Baoding Senior Technician School. Mainly using the questionnaire an

15、谢 39 第 1 章 绪 论 1第 1 章 绪 论 1.1 选题的原因 1.1.1 研究背景 当今世界的竞争日趋激烈，科学技术迅猛发展，要实现中华民族富国强民的伟大构想，就须努力培养出千千万万高素质、高水平的专业型人才，只有如此才能适应瞬息万变的国际形势，适应社会化、科学化的发展趋势。中等职业学校以市场为导向，以就业为目的， 以培养突出的技能型大众化人才为目标， 已经成为职业教育中的重要组成部分。 中等职业学校学生具备青春期学生的心理特点，学习特点从以往的义务教育向职业方向转变，其学习目标主要是掌握专业技能，实现就业。他们需要对自己的未来职业进行规划，面对的是社会大环境的选择，适者生存，优胜劣

16、汰。近年来，职业学校心理健康教育状况令人担忧，学生心理健康问题亦成为社会、家庭、学校都应齐抓共管的社会问题。 我国学校心理健康教育与发达国家相比，观念陈旧、整体落后、问题突出。主要表现在以下几个方面：1、严重的形式主义倾向。心理健康教育工作往往只是流于形式，看不见实际的成效。2、概念认知不清，实践存在误区。心理健康教育、德育概念芥蒂不清，心理健康教育管理简单化对待。3、地区间差异大，整体水平偏低。在经济发展不平衡的大环境影响下，一线的沿海地区和城市对心理健康教育工作重视程度高，偏远的地区心理健康发展缓慢。4、整体薄弱，高素质教育人才匮乏。主要表现在两个方面，第一、总体数量不足。目前全国约有中小学生 2 亿，这就需要大约 4 万名心理健康教育的专业人才，而实际上，全国所有的心理学工作者加在一起也就五六千的数量，只占到了大约九分之一的比重，远远不能满足现在教育的需要。第二，教师专业水平不高。从事心理健康教育的教师有许多都是非教育专业，甚至连教育学、心理学的课程都没有学过，缺乏对相关领域基本知识的了解，不能全面掌握，学校心理健康教育的质量无法保证，很难达到预定的教学目标，不见成效。5、与大中小学心理健康研究相比，中等职业学校心理健康教育受关注程度低。中等职业教育在我国教育体系中的占据着重要的高平.影响中等职业学生心理健康的因素分析J.天津师范大学学报(社科版) .
