2、处于经济和社会发展的重要转型期,更是DH J吾tl了社会环境的多变性和复杂性,人们往往承受着更多的挑战和压力,心理健康很快受到了社会普遍关注,成为一个人身心健康不可或缺的一部分。高职学生刚刚进入心理的第二个“断乳期”,是其独立人格形成的重要阶段。他们才N wl孙l从中等教育中解放,却又马上面临社会就业,这就要求学生能在高职教育中迅速转变角色、调整心态、迎接未知挑战。这样的一个特殊的社会群体,往往更容易出现心理不适或心理问题,影响心理健康。高职教育旨在培养适应经济和社会发展的高素质的技能型人才,心理健康教育的开展关系到高职院校培养出来的人才是否能胜任岗位要求,被社会所接受。为此,本人认为有必要从
3、理论和实践层面对高职学生心理健康教育进行分析和整理,深入探索和分析影响高职心理健康教育开展的相关因素,从而对症下药提出有效开展高职心理健康教育的有效策略。本论文,以湖南省的几所高职院校为基点,试图通过问卷调查研究,找出高职院校开展学生心理健康教育存在着的主要问题,并从主观和客观两个方面进行归因分析。根据以上分析,笔者认为,需要从四个方面做起:整合资源,营造良好发展氛围;准确定位,完善内容体系;灵活运用,促进开展方式多样化;规范管理,提高工作效率。通过以上策略,切实提高高职院校学生心理健康教育的工作效率,从而有助于高职学生心理健康水平的提高,更加积极乐观地面对生活中、学习中遇到的困难和挑战。关键
