3、: Dec. 2013 摘 要 I摘 要 随着现代社会的不断发展,国民的精神压力与日俱增,这给人们的心理健康造成了伤害,尤其是中小学生,他们处在身心的成长期,身心发展还不完善,缺乏应对压力的能力,于是各种各样的心理问题出现在越来越多的中小学生中,影响着祖国下一代的健康成长。在这样的背景下,在中小学开展心理健康教育就显得非常重要。 本文首先对研究的背景进行阐述,辨明了开展心理健康教育的意义;其次对我国心理健康教育的发展进行概述;然后对昌黎县中小学心理健康教育开展情况进行调研,本文采用问卷调查和访谈的研究方法,通过发放试卷及和教师座谈的方式,选取了 20 所中小学所作为研究对象,调查教师 69 人
4、,得到了第一手的研究资料。通过此次调查,掌握了昌黎县的中小学心理健康教育的现状,理清昌黎县中小学心理健康教育的发展脉络;通过对调查问卷的汇总,分析得出昌黎县中小学心理健康教育在发展过程中存在的主要问题,进而提出解决问题的途径和方法,从而为昌黎县中小学心理健康教育的健康快速发展提供理论借鉴。 关键词 中小学 心理健康教育 现状 Abstract IIAbstract With the continuous development of modern society, grow with each passing day national mental pressure, which caused

6、uence the motherland the healthy growth of the next generation. In this context, it is very important in the development of mental health education in primary and secondary schools. This paper first introduces the research background of development, clarifies the significance of mental health educat
7、ion; second, development overview of mental health education in our country; and then to the Changli county school mental health education carried out research, this paper adopts the research method of questionnaire and interview, through the issuance of papers and symposia and teachers, select 20 m
8、iddle school as the research object, the investigation of 69 teachers, get the first-hand research data. Through this investigation, the present situation of the psychological health education in primary and middle schools in Changli County, clarifying the development of mental health education in p
9、rimary and middle schools in Changli County ;through the summary of the questionnaire, this paper concludes the main problems existing in the development of mental health education in Changli County, and puts forward the ways and methods to solve these problems, so as to Changli county mental health
