1、上海师范大学 硕士学位论文 中学生考试应对策略的心理学研究 姓名：陈方 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：教育管理 指导教师：樊琪 20090401 论文题目：中学生考试应对策略的心理学研究 学科专业：教育管理 学位申请人：陈方 指导教师 ： 樊 琪 摘要 对于中学生而言，考试是学习过程的一个重要步骤。考场如战场，要想打胜 仗，除了要有实力，要有方法，更要有策略。本文以考试应对策略为切入点，以 中学生为研究对象，首先通过文献检索界定 中学生考试应对策略 的概念，然 后通过访谈了解中学生考试应对方法的表现与特点，提出中学生考试应对策略的 五维度结构的构想。在此基础上，研制测量工具中学生考试应对策略问卷，

2、并 以此量化研究中学生考试应对策略现状，进而对教育管理提出建议 研究结果： （ 1)首次界定了考试应对策略的概念。考试应对策略是一种智慧， 是指应试者为了在考试中发挥水平获得成功，选择有效的考试方法并加以综合运 用的一种智慧。 （ 2)提出了中学生考试应对策略的五维度结构：独特性、主动性、 全面性、灵活性和多样性。 （ 3)研制了中学生考试应对策略问卷，并证实其具 有良好的 信度和效度。 （ 4)运用自行研制的中学生考试应对策略问卷在中学 生中进行调查研究，发现中学生考试应对策略的现状特点是 : 中学生考试应对策 略的意识发展不平衡，有强有弱且强弱差异大； 中学生的考试应对策略灵活多 样，主动

3、性较强，较全面，但独特性较差，说明中学生的考试应对策略形式和内 容都比较接近； 男女生的考试应对策略在独特性、主动性和多样性三个维度上 相当接近，但在全面性和灵活性方面女生显著高于男生，提示女生比男生更重视 考试方法的综合运用 ; 重点班的考试应对策略在各个维度上都显著高于普通班， 在一定程度 上反映出重点班学生更会学习，至少更会考试； 一般而言，不同成 绩水平的学生在各个维度上相互之间均存在显著差异，反映出学生的学习能力存 在很大差异； 各年级中学生在考试应对策略各个维度上均存在显著差异。 初 中生的考试应对策略各维度得分都显著高于高中生，说明初中生比高中生更重视 考试方法的综合运用。 （

This paper takes middle school students as the research objec

6、t and their reacting strategies towards examination as the breakthrough point, first by using the literature search to define the conception of “middle school students, reacting strategies towards examination” ， then by interviews to find out the performance and features of this reacting strategies

7、, and finally put forth the conception of middle school students5 reacting strategies towards examination from five dimensional structure.lt is in this basic to develop measuring tool “The Questionnaire of middle school students5 reacting strategies towards examination ， quantify the present situati

This is the consequence of the research: (1) Ifs the first time to define the concqtion of students9 reacting strategies towards examination ,which is such a kind of ability that e

Different people react differently face up to examinations, some will be stronger, some will be weak. Middle school students， reacting strategies are flexible and diversified with more initiative an

12、d comprehensive,but lacking of creativities, which can prove that middle school students9 reacting strategies towards examination tend to be singular, from the scale of uniqueness, initiative, and diversity5both Girls and boys reacting strategies towards exa mination are closely,but Girls9 strategie

13、s are obviously higher than that of boys in the terms of comprehensiveness and flexibility， which expose one fact that grils pay more attention to this comprehensive use. The key classes9 reacting strategies towards examination are obviously higher than that of the common classes in all dimensions,

14、to a certain extent, which can reflect that the key classes have more abilities of studying and easily get high scores. Generally speaking, different students in different levels have apparent differences among different dimensions, which reflect obvious differences for different people regarding le

15、arning skills. In different grades, Middle school students1 reacting strategies have apparent differences among different dimensions. 16、l students focus more on the comprehensive utilization of exam skills. (5) In view of the present situation of middle school students9 reacting strategies towards examination, here a series of advice are proposed to students, teachers, the administrators of schools and parents, in a wish to help stu

17、dents with more effective reacting strategies towards examination, help teachers use more effective ways to teach students how to react exams, help of schools administrators improve the effectiveness of managerial teaching, and help parents be better backing and supporting. 19、部或部分内容，可以采用影印、缩印或其 它手段保存论文。保密的论文在解密后遵守此规定。 作者签名导师签曰期：羊 5 第一部分前言 1. 1研究的背景 在现代社会里做任何工作或者解决任何问题，为了提高效率，都要讲究策略。 对于学生而言，要在考试中发挥水平获得成功，也需要讲究策略。随着教育的发 展，考试题目变得越来越偏重测试学生某方面的能力水平，不再象过去那样，仅 靠死记硬背就能得高分。因此学生要想在考试中取得好成绩就必须重视培养自己 的能力，这是社会对个人的要求，也是适应考试的一个最根本的办法、河南教 育学院王冬桦老师认为：学会应对考试是一种素质，而且是一种综合素质。 近十年来，关于考试的应对策略

20、的研究和著作逐渐增多。国外研究有： Phakiti* 2用问 卷和访谈调查了应试者使用认知与元认知策略与 EFL阅读考试 表现的关系，结果是认知与元认知策略的使用与阅读考试表现成正相关，并且髙 分者要比中间的应试者具有更高的元认知，中间的应试者要比低分者更多的使用 这些策略。Phakiti发现认知和元认知策略的使用与他们的熟练水平存在显著相 关，而性别与阅读理解和认知策略没有显著差异，但是男性与女性在元认知策略 上是不同的，男性比女性更多的使用元认知策略。在相同成绩水平上男性与女性 不存在不同。 Purpura3用问卷的方法对应试者的认知与元认知策略在他们第二种语言 测 试成绩 (SLTP)中

24、学考 试的信息化、科学化建设，加强与其他教育形式间的相互沟通，强化自学考试管 理机构和队伍建设 5。 有的针对大学英语考级提出应对策略：学生应该在学习过 程中积累词汇、句 子机构和语法等方面的基础知识。同时，学生也应该培养通过上下文搜索信息和 逻辑推理能力 6。有的针对新英语四级听力考试题型发生的一些变化提出应对策 略：在平时练习中要特别重视真题，听题的时候，要学会适应说话者的语音、语 调，注意曾经犹豫不决做对的题目和犹豫不决改错的题目 7。有的研究英语应用能 力考试 Structure部分的应对策略，总结了 归纳总结法 、 具体分析法 、 情景探究法 、 投石问路法 、 主动放弃法 等五种方

25、法，并指出这些方 法应结合在一起使用 8。 有的是研究计算机等级考试 应对策略，归纳总结了笔试部分常考的知识点， 阐述了具体的应对策略，包括： 复习方法：紧扣新大纲，回顾历年试题，总结 考査点，重点掌握。 解题技巧：找到解题捷径，做到事半功倍，谨防掉入题目 所设的陷阱，注意答题卡的号码，答卷一定要写得清楚、整齐 9。有的对非计算 机专业等级考试 (VFP)进行研究提出了应对策略：抓住重点，部分舍弃；课时比 例，适当调整；课外实习，适当辅导；利用假期，操作复习；考前集中，熟悉环境 。 对于中学生考试应对策略的研究，有的从形式上研究考试应对策略，如历 5马强、于健： 21世纪自学考试所面临的挑战及

27、家长配合，而针对普通中学生的一般考试应对策略的研究很少，本文试 图从此处入手对考试应对策略的内涵、结构及其运用做些探讨，并通过对中学生 考试策略现状进行调査分析，探讨中学生考试策略的意识、特点、发展变化及影 响因素，从而对学生、家长、学科教师以及学校管理者提出合理建议。 1. 2研究构想及意义 综合国内外关于考试应对策略的研究，结合笔者的教学实践发现，学生考试 应对策略的形成和发展水平无论对当前的学习，还是对今后的发展都意义重大。 但目前国内对考试应对策略的概念缺乏界定，而且对考试应对策略系统研究较 少， 有必要做深入探讨，了解学生考试应对策略水平的高低，结合元认知的发展， 对学生要从无到有，

28、从低到高地给予针对性的引导。笔者具体考察了张家港市第 中学的一些学习成绩比较稳定的优秀者，发现他们己经形成一定的考试应对策 略，能够在考试中从容应战，获得成功。另外笔者也走访了在中考髙考中考得出 色堪称 高人 的同学，他们关于考试应对策略的经验之谈闪烁着智慧的火花， 值得借鉴。中学是从儿童向成人转变的重要阶段，这一阶段不仅学习内容多，难 度大，教学进程快，而且会面临人生最初的两次转折点 中考和高考，在这 一 阶段引导学 生形成一定的、恰当的考试应对策略，对他们学习目标的实现，甚至 今后的各种竞争考试意义重大。因此本研究重点对中学生的考试应对策略进行实 证研究。本研究从学生的实际出发，首先编制访

29、谈提纲在教师和学生中进行初步 访谈和深度访谈，收集中学生考试应对方法，通过对结果的归纳整理形成问卷初 稿，然后进行初测，进行信度和效度检验，修改形成正式问卷。第二，利用问卷 在中学生中进行调査，通过数据处理分析了解中学生考试应对策略的特点，了解 初中和高中、重点班和普通班、学业成绩优秀的学生和普通学生、男生和女生在 考试应对策略上的差 异。第三，根据调査分析对学生、家长、学科教师以及学校 管理者提出合理建议。 本研究试图对中学生考试应对策略现状进行调査分析 ,探讨中学生考试应对 策略的意识、特点、发展变化及影响因素，从而对学生、家长、学科教师以及学 校管理者提出合理建议，使学生在获得考试成功的同时更加自信，使学科教师在 学科辅导时更有针对性促进教学质量的提高，使家长能够正确对待考试并对孩子 进行有效引导和帮助，当好后援，使学校管理者对考试进行正确评价与分析形成 有效决策与管理。
