1、宁夏大学 硕士学位论文 大学生心理资本和社会资本对主观幸福感的影响 姓名:马艳 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:应用心理学 指导教师:丁凤琴 2011-04 摘要 主观幸福感主要是个体根据内定的标准对其生活质量所作的整体评价,是衡量个体生活 质量的综合性心理指标,包含生活满意度、消极情感、积极情感三个基本成分。大学生处于 人生发展的一个重要阶段,他们的主观幸福感程度受个体内部及外界环境多种因素的影响, 心理资本和社会资本是其中比较重要的因素。本研究系统地探讨了心理资本、社会资本对主 观幸福感的影响以及它们之间的影响机制,一方面充实了对幸福感研究以及其与心理资本、 社会资本之间的关系的理论成果,另一方
2、面为学校管理者提供了一些借鉴和启示。 本研究旨在探讨大学生心理资本、社会资本与主观幸福感的关系以及大学生心理资本、 社会资本及主观幸福感的影响因素。 研究结果表明: (1) 大学生社会资本问卷信效度良好,包括人际关系网络、信任和参与三个因子。 (2) 由自我效能、希望、乐观和韧性构成的大学生心理资本问卷及主观幸福感问 卷具有良好信效度。 (3) 性别和专业类别影响大学生的社会资本,大学生心理资本只受专业类别的影响,人 口学变量对大学生主观幸福感没有显著影响。性别和年级、年级和班干部在心理资本的韧性 上有交互影响,年级和专业类别在社会资本的信任上有交互影响。 (4) 大学生心理资本各维度与主观幸
3、福感显著相关,对主观幸福感有正向的预测作用, 大学生社会资本在心理资本和主观幸福感之间起中介作用。 研究结论:大学生社会资本问卷是可靠而有效的测量工具;大学生心理资本对主观幸 福感有影响,社会资本是大学生心理资本对主观幸福感影响的中介变量;人口统计学变量 (性 别、年级、专业类别、是否班干部 )对大学生心理资本和社会资本有影响。 关键词 :大学生,心理资本,社会资本,主观幸福感 Abstract Subjective well-being, the comprehensive psychological indicator of individual5s quality of life, is
4、 mainly individual5s overall evaluation on his quality of life by the pre-determined standards, including the three basic components, that is, life satisfaction, negative affect, positive affect. The college students are at an important stage of life. Their subjective well-being is not only affected
5、 by a variety of internal and external factors, but also by the important factors of psychological capital and social capital. The thesis systematically explores the the impact of psychological capital on subjective well-being and its impact mechanism. On the one hand, it enriches the theoretical re
6、search on well-being; on the other hand, it provides some reference and inspiration for the school administrators. This research aims to explore the relationship between psychological capital, social capital and subjective well-being and intermediary mechanisms of the social capital on mental capita
7、l and subjective well-being. Besides, the study also discusses the impact of demographic variables on college students mental capital, social capital and subjective well being. The research chiefly employs the self-made questionnaires which is made through the combination with existing questionnaire
8、s. After a survey of 537 students of Ningxia University, from freshmen to seniors, the results show that: (1) “the social capital questionnaire of college students“ is reliable and valid, including the network of relationships, trust and participation. (2) “the psychological capital Questionnaire“ a
9、nd “subjective well-being questionnaire“, composed by self-efficacy, hope, optimism and toughness, has good reliability and validity. (3) gender and professional category have impact on college studentssocial capital, while their psychological capital is only influenced by the professional category.
10、 The demographic variables have no obvious impact on on college studentssubjective well being. Sex and grade, grade and class leader inflenced interactively on the toughness of psychological capital, whereas grade and professional category inflenced interactively on the trust of social capital. 11、The dimensions of college students psychological capital is significantly related to subjective well-being and has a positive prediction of subjective well-being.
