3、ell phone: I. 乙方自愿作为甲方兼职外教在甲方从事教学服务工作。双方在友好合作的基础上签订本合同，并保证遵守合同中所规定的各项条款。Party B is willing to provide sevices for Party A as a foreign teacher. 4、酬1. 乙方在甲方工作期间的课时费按照： 元/次计算，工作时间9:00至11:30，下午02:30至05:30；每周_次授课，以人民币形式支付。如乙方每月授课时间多于110小时，超出的授课时间，可按照120元每课时计算课时费。如乙方在工作期间迟到早退旷课等，迟到早退一小时罚款50元，迟到两小时罚款一百，依此类推。若未经批准请假罚款100一次。1.Party Bs teaching-hour salary will be RMB/time by cash. 6、 shall conduct direction, supervise and evaluate the Party Bs work.1. 甲方应向乙方提供必要的工作设施。Party A shall provide Party B necessary working facilities.2. 甲方应向乙方每月25日按期发放报酬。Party A shall pay Party Bs salary regularly by 25th.(the next regular working month)V. 乙方义务Party Bs obligations1. 乙方必需遵守甲方的工作制度及与外国专家管

7、理相关的规定，并接受甲方在工作方面的安排、指导、监督和评价。同时，乙方应提供包括能证明其身份的护照、学籍卡等。 1. Party B shall abide to Party As work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts and shall accept Party As arrangement, guidance, supervision and evaluation. Meanwhile, Party B shall provide identification, include pa

8、ssport, students card and the copy of current visa.2. 乙方必须按照指定学期的课时计划保质保量完成甲方委派的工作，同时，乙方应遵守被派遣单位的相关工作制2. Party B shall complete the tasks on time and ensure it is qualified .Party B shall abide to the working system of dispatched school.3. 乙方同意并授予甲方处于市场和宣传活动使用乙方真实的个人信息和肖像。 3. Party A is permitted an

9、d authorized by Party B to use his/her true personal information for marketing and advertising activities, including the using of Party Bs personal photographs.VI. 合同的终止Termination of Contract1. 在以下情形下，甲方将书面通知解除与乙方的合同：1.Party A will terminate the contract with written notice under those circumstance

10、s:(1) 如果乙方违反了中华人民共和国相关法律法规造成乙方无法继续履行本合同的，甲方有权单方解除与乙方的兼职聘用合同。 (1) contract will be terminated immediately if Party B violates the laws and regulations of China, Party As work system of employer, and the regulation of Chinese government about Foreign Teachers or other contract terms. In this situation

11、, no compensation;(2) 如果乙方不能胜任本合同中关于工作的要求，且在合理期限内仍不能改善的，甲方可单方解除与乙方之间的聘用合同。 (2) If Party B fails to meet the requirements of the contract the contract will be terminated immediately, Another circumstance is Party B will be given 15 days to improve his/her job performance. If, the foreign teacher has

12、not improved his/her job performance after 15 days later and make Party A satisfaction, the contract will then be terminated and Party B will not receive any additional pay;2. 如果乙方提出解除与甲方的合同，乙方必须于合同解除日前30天向甲方书面提出解除合同。在这种情况下，乙方将能够得到工作时间范畴内的课时报酬。否则，乙方将不能获得未发放的课时报酬。 2.If Party B chooses to terminate th

13、e contract, he/she must provide thirty days written notice to Party A. If this is to be done , Party B will receive full salary for the period worked. Otherwise, salary and subsidiary will not be paid.VII. 违约金Breach Penalty任何一方不能按照合同中所规定内容执行，都将视为违约。违约方应承担10,000元人民币的违约金。When either of the two parties

14、 fails to fulfill the contract or fails to fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, that is to be to considered to break the contract, it must pay a breach penalty of 10,000 RMB.VIII. 延期本合同自签订之日起生效，到合同期满自然终止。合同到期后，经双方协商一致可以继续续签。This contract takes effect on the date signed

If either of the two parties asks for a new contract, it should profound its request to another party 2 weeks prior to the expiration of the contract, and sign the new contract with mutual permission.IX. 仲裁Arbitration有关合同内容的含义，须双

16、方及时互相沟通，及时处理其中可能存在的争议。如果经双方协商不能达成一致，可申请可向甲方所在地仲裁机构申请仲裁。对仲裁不服的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼。The two parties shall consult with each other and mediate any disputes which may arise about the contract.
