2、ty May, 2014 _圓 心理健康导师制的实麵究 64775 一以温州市某小学为例 摘要 以温州市某小学为例 , 48位教师中有 44位拥有不同级别的心理健康教育上岗证,持 证教师比例达 91. 67%,其中 A证 2人, B证 8人,然而讽刺的是,该校仅三位教师参与学校 心理健康教育工作。因此,在心理健康 C证全员培训的前提下,作者尝试一种全新的心 理健康个案模式:心理健康导师制,旨在通过心理健康导师制的实践与研究,最大限度 的调动持心理健康教育上岗证教师参与学校心理健康教育的积极性,为更多的 帮扶 学生提供针对有效的辅导。作者在该校 3 6年级共 600名学生中开展了 卡特尔 pfl
3、4 人格测量,通过对 人格因素的 13个因子和次级 人格因素的 3个因子 的数据分析得出: 学生在 忧虑、自律、紧张、适应与焦虑、神经过敏 等因子得分与常模相差甚大, 呈显著差异。根据某项因子比分,筛选 帮扶 学生,导师结合学生实际情况,最终确 定为辅导对象。通过编制心理健康教育导师手册,作为心理健康导师制的操作指南, 开展心理健康导师制启动仪式,建立良好的帮扶关系,制定学校心理健康导师制实施的 相关制度,如心理健康导师聘任制度、受帮扶学生职责制度、帮扶学生档案制度、心理 健康导师制反馈交流制度、家校联结制度、帮扶学生分析诊断制度、心理健康导师制评 价制度 等,从而保证了心理健康导师制的顺利实
4、施。通过心理健康导师制帮扶关系的确 立,心理健康导师制方案的实施,循序渐进的开展心理健康导师制帮扶,并记录了心理 健康导师帮扶活动,收集了心理健康导师的帮扶数据,并进行分析。结果表明,通过两 年多的实践与研究,心理健康导师制收效显著。具体表现在:学生层面,通过对学生 卡 特尔 Pfl4人格 量表后测分析,以及对学生心灵日记作品和学生调査问卷、学生访谈记 录等数据分析,学生改善明显;心理健康导师层面,学科成效和心理导师的专业成长等 方面收益明显;学校心理健康教育层面效益也显著 :促进了学校良好口碑的形成,促进 了良好教育氛围的营造,促进了学校心理健康品牌教育的创建等。由此可见,心理健康 导师制具
5、有实效性、可行性、系统性、操作性等特点,可以在小学推广运用。 关键词:小学;心理健康导师制;心理健康导师手册;实践研究; The practice of tutorial system of mental health and research A primary school in Wenzhou as an example Abstract To set an example of the district of Wenzhou , the certified teacher ratio reached 91.67% . There are 48 teachers in a school,
6、 including 44 teachers with different levels of mental health education work license. Among them, there are 2 people with A certificate and 8 people with B certificate. Ironically, only three teachers are involved in the school mental health education. Therefore, under the premise of mental health s
7、taff training of certificate C, the author tries a new model of mental health cases. Tutorial system of mental health aimed at transferring the teachers with mental health education job card to participate in school mental health education at maximum level for providing “problems tend to” students w
8、ith valid case aid through tutorial syste m of mental health practice and research. The author launched the Cartel pfl4 personality” measure among 600 students from Grade3 to Grade6 in the school. Through the analysis of the data based on the “13personaIity factors and three factors of the sub-facto
9、rs personality” , the scores of students anxiety , self-discipline, stress, adaption and anxiety, nervousness are quite different with the norm. The author screened the “problems tend to” students as the helping students and drew up “ instructor manual of mental health education” as a mode of operat
10、ion. The author carried out mental health mentoring launching ceremony,met with a good helping relationship and established the relevant systems of the school mentoring to ensure the smooth implementation of the mental health mentoring, such as mental health instructor appointment system, responsibi
11、lity system of the helping students, file system of the helping students,feedback exchange system, home-school connection system, the analysis and diagnostic system of the helping students and mental health mentoring evaluation system. Through the establishment of mental health tutors supporting rel
12、ationship, the implement of psychological health mentoring scheme helps to carry out mental health tutorial assistance, record the mental health teacher assistance activities and collect the data of mental health tutors and analyses.Through more than two years of practice and research, the tutorial
13、system of mental health achieved remarkable results.
